I am incredibly tired of Queen, but the community still offers the odd bit of amusement, or (on rare occasions) the odd stimulating idea or discussion. I will always love the music, but I don't have it on every day like I did from 2002-2006. Seriously, listening to any band non-stop for 4 years will have an effect.

I got tired of Queen so many times during the last years ...
But the strange thing is that I always "come back" . There's something "magical" about their music, simply "It's a kind of magic " :-)

Exactly my thoughts. Still love Queen, but I certainly dont play their songs everyday like I used to. Its more like every 6 months or so. At the moment, I am listening more to old Status Quo and Rush and even Toyah.

Things are a bit dull in Queen World at the moment. No new Tour yet,no new album or much chance of there being one. I must admit that i don't listen to Queen very much these days.I tend to listen to Muse,Stereophonics,Dream Theater,Peter Gabriel etc. But i do always have a Queen music day, probably once a month.Bit like sex really!!!Ha

When I was younger, I did get tired of Queen. However, that was because I was listening to them non-stop, especially the Prophet's Song, which I got particularly bored of. Now that my musical diet is alot more diverse, I don't overdo Queen, and in fact I make sure that I don't listen to them as much as I had previously. Thus, when I return to them, they are always fresh. Since they are like my 'comfort' music, the freshness really helps.

Well, I listen to their music non-stop for more than a decade now and I simple can´t get tired of it.There are so many diferent styles and textures that it seems to be more than a single band. I think when you like Queen you get a complete service, there is something for everybody and every moment.
Course I listen to others bands too.

No, dont get tired of Queen! only get tired of the fact that Freddie is gone and there is no new music to talk about or Queen tour! Unfortuanately there is nothing more to add to Queen. Kind of like the Beatles, we all love the Beatles but John and George are now gone and like Queen, there is nothing more that they can add.

Been listening to Queen since 1975 and yes, I have gotten bored of listening to their songs but only because of over kill. When I took a break from their music for a while, I learned to appreciate their less popular songs such as Lily of The Valley, My Melancholy Blues. I love listening to them now.

I like the term "comfort music" that many have used here, and it can be used in my case too.
I am 28 1/2 y.o. and listened to Queen for the first time in the mid 90s. Though I liked them right from the start, I became a fan and completely obssessed by their music only in 2000 or 2001. And I have listened to their songs continuosly since then, and I have not got bored at all.
I mix up the songs, I sometimes listen to only those songs sung by Brian or Roger, sometimes only the hard songs and sometimes only the pop songs of the 80s. There are a few songs which I absolutely hated when I heard the first time - like Sha Makes Me, Invisible Man, Raiin Must Fall, Modern Times Rock n Roll, etc But then sudenly felt like listenign to them and then spent the next month or so only those songs.
I listen to other bands too, and some of my other favourites are Prince, Meatloaf, Matmatah (French band), Sophie B. Hawkins, Shania Twain, Erasure and Alizee. And a couple of years ago I listend to metal a lot (not anymore, just can;t stand that genre now). But Queen is the only band I can listen to any time of the day.

I'm a bit of a newbie, but I have been listening to Queen non stop since last year, every single day, (as well as 'Mr. Bad Guy' and 'Barcelona', because I'm obsessed with Freddie!) and I am not bored in the slightest. I always make a Queen play list to listen to when I do the dishes, as well, haha.
Technically, Silverchair are my favourite band, but yeah, I can literally listen to Queen every single day and really embrace it! I tend to favour their later albums 'The Miracle' and 'Innuendo', specifically.
When the Queen name began to be involved in so many inferior things as musicals, publicities, terrific duets, and finally this idiotic project "Queen +PR", I was geting tired. I prefered to listen my second favourite band Marillion ( the early albums with Fish). Besides I was in a big confrontation with many people in the bulgarian Queen forum because they did not share my opinion, but they did not respect it too. Finally I left this forum, and I will never come back.
The most precious thing to me is to be alone with the music by Queen. And I don't need the intermediation of the vicious world around. I understand perfectly Brian May and Roger Taylor, but I felt myself plundered to see what they do on behalf of Queen.
I hope they had geting tired too to use Queen as mark of their weakly enterprices.
The Queen history finish with the album "Made In Heaven".

very much so yes....
1. tired of.... same old tired old compilations and shoddy releases
2. tired of....same old crappy collaborations
3. tired of....no new worthwhile releases of any real interest to us "older" fans
4. tired of....having to listen to the same four albums Queen II, Races, Queen I and NOTW...just to remind myself that they didn't used to be tired, old, past it and mediocre
yes.....in a nutshell...the one word i would 100% use to define my feelings toward post-1991 queen is "TIRED"
