Who knows, maybe Yara was already starting to feel hurt before the Olympic thing came up, and while I'm not saying she did this nor am I demonizing her in any way, she COULD have used the Olympics as an excuse to leave QZ quietly without notice, whether or not she did attend the events in real life.

I'm confused now: First, I didn't know Yara left the forum, and second: It's pretty stupid and disrespectful to start a thread about someone you dislike (especially if the person isn't here to defend themselves).

That's Andreas for you as of lately. He's been picking fights with pretty much everyone these days, and he's been also getting defensive when people call him out on his negative attitude and rude postings.

I seriously don't know what the fuck is going on with him lately. He seems to be hiding behind the "AIDS joke" thing as an excuse for his actions, but come on seriously, how long can one keep going over such a trivial misunderstanding.
And considering HE got screwed over by his ex-band mates financially as well as being abused, I'm surprised he's basically defending his bandmates by attacking US for making AIDS jokes towards those same ex-band mates of his.

And Andreas, I don't care how you spin it, that IS basically defending your bandmates when you can't even join in, let alone understand the jokes WE AS A MAJORITY WHOLE are making about them. They brought their reputation onto themselves, and you know that.

We can argue about this until the cows come home, but my position will not change, and you will have to accept and understand that.

One cow came home and reminded me that in the Sharing the Music Announce section, Yara had also put in a lot of effort to re-upload some of the gigs in mediafire.  Those mediafire links are still working and I have benefitted a lot from her effort.  Thank you Yara for those mediafire links.
