I couldn't put any in an order, especially an order of heaviness, but I'll try to put down some of the heaviest.
Tie Your Mother Down - That opening riff is one of THE rock riffs! White Man - Just a pure blast of almost incoherent headbanging. No more needs to be said. Now I'm Here because its a heavy metal classic. End of. Doin' Alright [Queen version] - Total forerunner to the heavy section of Bohemian in its hard bits. Put Out The Fire - clear and raw. Stone Cold Crazy - first thrash metal song... I Was Born to Love You [Queen version] - Brian and Roger run riot transforming the pop-rock approach into hard rock. It's A Beautiful Day (Reprise) - The ambient opener flipped upside-down into a raging closer. Was It All Worth It - Queen knew they had to end the eighties with a reasonably heavy song and did so marvellously. Prophet's Song to an extent because there is a fair amount of heavy stuff embedded in the progness. Sweet Lady - a metal riff in waltz time? Goddamn it Brian. And yet he churned out a pure spearhead of bombast. Robbery - this demo gave Brian to unleash his godly power at the axe. Perfect for air-guitarring too.
And if non-Queen ventures are allowed, I would note Brian's cover of One Rainy Wish, China Belle, Let Me Out and Resurrection. The latter is an andrenaline rush for sure! The Cross also belted out a few heavy ones, so Penetration Guru, Rough Justice and the CD bonus cover of Foxy Lady are there too in my opinion.

The Loser in the End is pretty heavy.
And if it is not heavy enough for you musically, just listen to the lyrics. That should weigh you down. Down down down down.

The early stuff is the heaviest......The 80's heavier stuff sounded more commercial. queen at their heaviest was live in the 74 to 77 era. The studio stuff i think great king Rat, Liar, Modern times rock n roll, Orge Battle, Brighton Rock, tenament funster, flick of the wrist, Stoned cold crazy (especiall;y live), Death on Two legs, tie your mother down, it's late, sheer Heart attack, Dead On Time. after 1980 I think The hitman is heavy. songs like Headlong and I want it all are bit commercial to be compared with the early stuff.
