I can't wait for these. Hopefully there will be some tasty sleevenotes this time.

Hi Jamster, Looks we are the only two who are a bit dissapointed. Could you compile a list what you loved to see as the bonus tracks and post it here?
Thanks

Rhye King: Sex Show (Demo)
??? I've never heard/read about this one. What do you know about it? Thanks!

Wasn't Sex Party the improv they tried in Montreal before KYA? Brian mentioned it on the commentary on the BR

On the Queen Rock Montreal commentary, as the band plays that bit right before "Keep Yourself Alive," Brian identifies it as a track Freddie wrote called "Sex Show". He says they even recorded a version of it.
In the performance itself, Freddie sings the line "Sex show...!" just as they transition into KYA.
I'm not sure which period "Sex Show" would date from, but my guess would be either the 1980 Game sessions or mid-1981 Hot Space session (I tend to lean toward the latter). It's funkiness seems to lend itself to where they were headed eventually with Hot Space.
Those sessions would have given us the following tracks:
Under Pressure Cool Cat Soul Brother There Must Be More To Life Than This (according to the FM box) Sex Show (or Sex Party)

Overall, i'm pleased with the bonus content in wave 2... though i agree the previously released live tracks from Montreal and Milton Keynes are pointless.
what i REALLY hoped to see (besides It's A Beautiful Day original idea - very happy about that) was Rock It (Prime Jive) with Freddie's vocals...

they were happy to release a MONO version of Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy on the ADATR reissue, and that sounds absolutely great, so I'm looking on the bright side and hoping that Brian is unclenching a bit on that front.

Someone should tell Brian that The Who released Live At Kilburn 1977 on DVD, with mono sound ! And it is spectacular.

I think we ALL would be happy if they would release the full Hammersmith Odeon '79 DVD with the mono sound captured by the video cameras

Most importantly, that QPL came out from a state of blissful idiocy and started to do thing which we want

=================== Don't be overoptimistic, guys from Queen Productions will never release what we want. If even 2CD deluxe editions forced them to release only five useless bonus tracks per album, more stuff will be released only under pain of execution.

I never knew this. Then again, I don't have the Rock Montreal DVD. I always thought that part sounded a bit like Back Chat. Especially the guitar riff.
