Today I slid down a flight of carpeted stairs on my arse, which I immediately regretted. I now can't sit down without my arse hurting, and my pants constantly get stuck to the damaged part of skin and I have to peel the fabric off, ripping off the thin layer of reforming skin in the process. It's awful.

Holy cow. I can't imagine the pain.

Did you slide down intentionally or unintentionally? If intentionally then you get no sympathy, if unintentionally then...

We're going to have a hockey season after all. I had pretty much given up. Happy happy!

I agree GF. I'm very happy to see it back. This 48 game schedule is going to be fast paced & exciting. The play off hunt starts right from the get go. Where are you located GF? Who is your team? For me it's the Flyers.

I'm in Ontario and a huge Senators fan. We almost shocked the NYR out in the first round last year. I've missed it all terribly, truly. I actually called my satellite TV provider today to fix the high def I lost last spring when the leaves came in on the trees. Without hockey to watch I'd been totally apathetic about the whole thing! Now I'm on it! :)

I stopped caring about hockey. It disgusted me, the greed from both sides.

I probably won't watch any games, because I just don't care anymore. Maybe next year.
