Indeed, and he was slurring a bit at times too. Kind of sad really, they must have interviewed him at a bad time in his life :(
Is there any footage/stills of Richards with Brian and Roger from Monday? As we got some shots of them at the desk with some marketing/money men, it would be nice to know if Richards was afforded the same courtesy....
David should really deserve a bigger recognition in this. I always find that his work on Miracle -album alone, would put him up there with the greatest. The whole album was done on a analog tape, yet he programmed all these complicated middle-bits in Was it All Worth it (otherwise with live band playing) and all in all the sounds and power on that album are truly a great piece of work. Not to mention the laborous task of compiling the whole Made in Heaven album!

i havent seen him earlier than around the mid term of the party. - RT/BM had the photos done straight after they had arrived to the casino. i dont think there were any photos with the band which I can perfectly understand, see above...
Brian and Roger both met with David Richards during the opening of Queen: The Studio Experience. They took some photos together at the reception (for example: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=557574564327545&set=a.243377782413893.60614.237839532967718 ) - they are all smiling and nothing seems out of place. Brian also praised and thanked David in his speech, even saying he was one of the reasons for Queen staying in Montreux.
My goodness, he really does look like an old man! Practically aged 15-20 years in less than 3 :(
I assume we've all seen that David sadly passed away today? Terrible news
:-(
