Seven Seas Of Rhye 2011: A compilation of all four Top Of The Pops and Rainbow Live performances from 1974 – all unseen
Killer Queen 2011: A compilation of two Top of The Pops performances, one the familiar 1974 Christmas Special, the other - discovered in the late British comedian Dick Emery’s private collection, hasn’t been seen since 1974, the original master tape wiped from the BBC archives.
Somebody To Love 2011: This is a new edit of the video using the four takes shot on the day, most of which has never before been seen.
We Are The Champions 2011: In 1977, cameras filmed Queen recording a new version of the song for the promo video. This video shows the band performing and mixing this unreleased version in two live takes. An instrumental version of this closed Part One of ‘Days of our Lives’. Here for the first time the video can be seen in its entirety.
Crazy Little Thing Called Love 2011: A new edit of the video compiled from the rushes including outtakes and unseen angles.
Under Pressure 2011: A new video intercutting Queen’s first live performance of the song in Montreal 81 and Queen + David Bowie at the Freddie Mercury Tribute.
Radio Ga Ga 2011: This new video includes unseen colour footage from the 1984 Radio Ga Ga video shoot plus rushes and outtakes.

From Magic to The Miracle: In the three years between ‘A Kind Of Magic’ and ‘The Miracle’, the members of Queen went through some life changing experiences in their working and personal lives. This chapter sheds light on what went on behind closed doors.
Going Slightly Mad: The Making of Innuendo: In 1991 Queen hit the charts with a No.1 album and single, ‘Innuendo.’ Creatively the band were reinvigorated, their material better than ever, but beneath the surface, they all had to face the fact that Freddie was seriously ill and time was running out.
Made In Heaven: Roger and Brian talk about the making of the last Queen album, ‘Made In Heaven’, working with Freddie in his final weeks, as well and working with the material he had recorded after he had passed away and the emotional distress it caused.
Return To Imperial: Brian returns to Imperial College and shows us around the college where he and Roger first met, formed Smile and ultimately Queen.

Looks like they've added some great stuff to the BluRay version.  Probably worth getting to see a lot of these things.

We have been told that the Japanese Blu ray will have more material still, yet this press release doesn't address that.

All Japanese pre order sites only have the uk Blu ray as an import and there is no specific Jpanese one to be seen; some sites even show the Japanese Blu Ray as being cancelled.

Can someone like GB or GT please confirm the situation regarding exactly what release will contain the extra Japanese material??!  I want to get the release with the FULL content, and don;t want to buy the UK pne only to find it available in Japan a month later.

Looks like it's time to invest in Blu-Ray DVD Player - 60 minutes of bonus material makes a difference. I just hope it's good!

I contacted the dutch office of Universal and they told me they have no
idea what their colleagues in Japan are up to. Does anyone know whether
the Japanese blu-ray is actually gonna be released, region coded and
internationally available? I have no intention of buying this release
multiple times (like I already did with so many Queen albums and
videos/dvd's) so I'm more than willing to wait for another month, if
that means I get the most complete release.
It also amazes me that neither Queenonline or Universal themselves can answer questions like these.

Region 2 is the same as uk and Europe, so no issue there. The question is whether this contains anything in addition to the uk Blu ray? Probably not as it's only DVD

The content is great. Could be much better, but still it looks like the best Queen release since ... I don't remember when :)

will we see rainbow march show on documentary or only november show? Any guesses

Nevertheless, this looks like a great release and I'm even tempted to buy a Blu Ray player just to get the extra material.

True, but to be accurate you'd then have to say the restaurant "rarely" provides a good meal, rather than "nothing" good.

That said, who in their right mind goes to a restaurant after not liking it the first 8 times? :-)

I don't have a BlueRay player and I refuse to buy one purely because QP refuses to add the full content to the DVD.
We had this before when DVD's were new, and had a lot more content than the VHS, but there was a good reason as DVD had so much more space to add stuff.This is purely to force people to buy the BlueRay instead of the DVD, and that is something I refuse.
Apart from that I think it's a nice release, I'm very curious!

I live in fucking England, you wankers.
We use the PAL TV system over here at 25fps.
That goes for Bluray as well.
I'm NOT at all happy about having to view yet another release with "drag" on the picture because you're too fucking tight to provide the correct format for the 3/4 of the world who use PAL.
