"I only ever visit this website to listen to twats. I put it to you that Freddie once sang twinkle twinkle little star dressed as elvis with an egg on his head. You cannot disprove this so it must be true and the footage will definitely be on an 'anthology' that has been spoken about for 20 years now.
The onus of proof is on you..
Carry on..."
this made me smile!
also I agree with this: "Need stuff from 70`s and late 70`s"
and is this really true?
"On the recent Queen convention they played a great live version of 'Its Late'"
I would love to hear this

A remastering of Live Killers and Live Magic, would be awesome. Especially if the first is accompanied by video(s)

On the recent Queen convention it has been said that a DVD/ box set of Live Killers is on the way. They played a couple of live tracks that will be included plus a great version of 'Its Late' full song with tapping etc![/QUOTE]
Very interesting !
Did they say which show it was from?

The stuff they played were taken either from Earls Court 77, or one of the many Paris & Tokyo shows 79.
Again, it was a short 35 minute video compilation.
We 'were' to have had some of the 1977 USA tour stuff, but Jim Beach said "no" as he doesn't trust the convention goers not to record it and put it out on youtube.
With that in mind, if anyone can point me in the direction of any of the last 4 years of Convention Archive video material that's appeared on youtube, I'd be grateful, thanks.

Sir, may I ask you why Jim Beach would say no about the 77 US tour footage but yes to the Earls Court, Paris and Tokyo footage? Maybe Rhys Thomas was right about finishing up the Bob Harris doc.

I call bullshit.
That 77-79 stuff was shown at two conventions last year and nobody put it on youtube.
Their rationale for not releasing 70s stuff is that there is little market demand for it, yet they're concerned about people putting it on youtube because ... there may be demand for it ?
If they release it on DVD/blu-ray, they won't have to worry about lost profits.

Me too.
Various people at QP say Rainbow 74 is in the works, and Rhys Thomas says a US 77 package is in the works.
All we can do is wait.

All these things are really great. I hope they come out as soon as possible.
