Why has Paul Rodgers been snubbed for Lambert

It's disgusting. Paul never tried to be like Freddie, he is a legend in his own right with his Free and Bad Company stuff and I liked the Cosmos Rocks. I would go to Sonisphere if he was singing but not with Lambert who just because he is a flamboyant fag does not make him a Freddie replacement. (Cue Homophobic rants). The hypocrisey of Brian and Roger Clebrity then they play with Lambert who is a talentless cunt and all they are doing is trying to be hip with the younger crowd. This is suicide, Rodgers is a proper rocker and would fit in well at sonisphere but Lambert will be bottled and it will be a disaster.

Because he was lame. Or because he doesn't want to do it anymore.

PAUL RODGERS IS STILL AIDS

Looking at the footage from the 2008 tour it is obvious there was a falling out about something. The whole thing started off with great energy and big smiles in Ukraine. By the time they got to Glasgow something negative had happened, Brian was visibly pissed off with Paul, they looked like strangers on the stage.

Brian has always had high standards and puts a lot of work into tiny detail, especially when touring. I think Paul has a more relaxed attitude to life and work, and maybe he didn't put in the time to rehearse as much as Brian would have expected. He did look quite lost on where he should be on the stage at times, and also kinda lost on some of the songs.

Basic stuff, that makes you look amateur, and too much for Brian.

I would imagine the main reason being is that Paul (wether you like him or not!!) has had years in the music business & is able of free thought, i.e. if Brian say's, let's do something this way & Paul didn't like what Brian was proposing, I would imagine Paul would stand his ground and say NO!!! where-as "Adam Lambert" would grab at the opportunity to perform with a band as big as Queen, and just be a "yes man" to Brian!!!!

Perhaps if he sang the songs in the right key might be a good place to start. That annoying warble would grate in no time at all.

Good point.

Perhaps Brian has a keener ear than most of you Paul Rodgers sychopants. Queen with PR was lifeless and arrangements were changed drastically because of PR's limitations. Fred struggled with vocals at times for varying reasons but he never lacked for energy in his performances.

Paul Rodgers is a billion times better than Lambert. Justin Hawkins, Matt Bellamy or Jeff Scott Soto would be preferable than Lambert. Its musical suicide going with Lambert. Jazzy you are a moron calling Rodgers aids, twat!

there's no denying that lambert will act as Brian's well behaved little dog, saying "YES, MASTER".

Paul on the other hand, I would imagine told Brian "No, I don't think so" on several occasion. at least in 2008 when it became apparent that Brian didn't like Paul anymore
