Since the point of this seems to reach a general consensus, I'll go with Sail Away Sweet Sister since that seems popular. Also, how about Great King Rat or Father to Son?

This thread shows exactly why Brian and Roger won't be taking requests.

Send suggestions to them, not in this thread :P
Even if there's only a slim chance that they'll play anything we suggest, it's still worth the few seconds it takes to send them in rather than being overly cynical about it. I mean, a slim chance is a lot better than nothing at all.

What a generous idea, to solicit suggestions from crazy people for songs to sprinkle into this major show! Love it!
Well, why not? Go for broke! Putting aside most of the traditional live standards, I think it would really be a thrill to hear some of the lesser-performed ones... list is not a "setlist", just songs I'd love to hear new live versions of.
Liar
Son And Daughter
Ogre Battle
March Of The Black Queen
Father To Son
Stone Cold Crazy
Lily Of The Valley
The Prophet’s Song
Seaside Rendezvous
Long Away
White Man
It’s Late
Fight From The Inside
Let Me Entertain You
Don’t Stop Me Now
Save Me
Let’s Get Crazy (from Roger’s Fun In Space)
Action This Day
Dancer
Innuendo
Headlong
Hitman
Bijou
It’s A Beautiful Day
A Winter’s Tale
C-Lebrity
Surf’s Up… School’s Out
Dangerland (from Kerry Ellis’s CD)
Well, that's what I emailed to them, anyway. Who knows? :D

This is clearly about marketing and publicity. However, I suppose there is a slight chance that Lamber might persuade Brian and Roger to do something interesting. The Foo Fighters convinced Brian to play Sleeping on the Sidewalk, for example. However, I suspect this will be a "greatest hits" concert. In the off chance this is serious I'll bet Brian has already emailed the website 2000 times asking for We Will Rock You to be played :)

Actually, this is really just marketing. Brian mentioned in the press release that he received terrific response from Queen fans about the Adam Lambert show. Which we all (at least all genuine Queen fans) know just cannot be true! This request thing is just another piece of publicity crap. No genuine Queen fan wants Adam Lambert; neither do we want the greatest hits. Just Brian and Roger singing will do us just fine. Especially from Queen and QueenII.
