A brand new release from Wardour. This time they've released a 4 CD-set which contains both famous Wembley shows from July 1986.
The first night is the same old source, but from a much lower generation tape, as the old version had worse quality. This version sounds much better.
The second night is a new source, taped right near the stage in great quality. You can hear the whole concert performed as live as it was in fact, without all those overdubs present on the official releases.

Brilliant ... thanks for torrenting this. No seed yet though.
It sounds like they did a bit of hiss reduction on both nights. But they do sound great overall. Clearly both tapes are from the same taper.
No doubt, this is one of the best bootleg releases in a long time. Nice to see Wardour coming up with new tapes, unlike most labels who just bootleg things that have been shared online for free.

Thanks to the original uploader and Lostman (for uploading it here).
I agree with The Real Wizard. The best bootleg in a long time. Most of the (almost all) of the recent releases are just shared recordings put on silvers. This release uses unheard tapes in great quality, which is of course very nice.
Personally, I really like this because it's great to be able to compare both shows based on comparable audience recordings (in terms of soundquality). You get more of the atmosphere for the first night...which is my favourite of the two shows, altough the second night is great aswell (and I prefer it without overdubs!).

thanks a lot, let's hope for some new audience tape sources of concerts that have not been released officially in superior remastered sound...

We can always hope this taper made more truly great sounding Queen recordings (during the Magic tour - or even better - during other tours aswell) and that those recordings are now in the hands of the folks from Wardour..
Of course, it's probably a British taper (2 London shows): we already have great recordings from both Newcastle and Knebworth and a pretty good one from Manchester (an upgrade of that one would be welcome though since there's quite a bit of crowd on the current best recording of that show, making some parts hard to hear).
I'm hoping for some new seventies stuff coming out in 2012...BUT: in the world of unofficial recordings, everything is great 'cause you never know what's coming next(unless you know about certain shows of course and you know they might get a "release").
