I don't find the itinerary surprising. QE got a lot more press in Canada because there were eventually three Canadians and one American transplant to Canada in the lineup. What started as an 'American' talent search slowly had to morph into a 'North American' one because the talent was disproportionately coming from here. That's exactly the kind of thing that will drum up attention due to our endearing inferiority complex when it comes to the United States. Compound that with the fact all three of the Canadian born members came from Quebec
and you have further recipe for Quebecois pride and a long run in heavily Francophone Quebec City where the bass player is from. It wouldn't surprise me if that part of the gig was organized by the Parti Quebecois and the Bloc. And I'm not even entirely kidding!
Also, geographically it's covering areas of Canada that are by far the most populous. If the tour continues other US/Canada splits won't likely be so even.

In the other QE thread, we've speculated that a long stay at one venue might make it more feasible to set up a video production crew to film the concert for DVD/BluRay release.
It probably doesn't make sense to take this out on a full blown world tour, so a DVD option would be a good idea for those who can't see it live.

Oh, I knew Yvan was gone but I didn't realize Jeff was gone too. That kind of sucks.
Will they just stick with Marc and Jennifer, who are probably experienced enough with the material at this point to handle it, or will they find other people? I'd probably be fine either way.

Ok, you guys can lock me up now...officially off my rocker! I am on eH and I asked one of my matches (for which we have NEVER communicated and he doesn't know me at all) from Toronto to please go to the QE show on the 21st of Jan and video it for me. LOL. So shoot me. Again, does anyone know where AdamMenthos went?
