Is this series meant to obliquely prove that the recent acetate on ebay was fake? Given the fact that the owner put up a defence and provided some detailed information on it and was never engaged by those implying it is fake, would having that discussion not be a better and more illustrative approach? Saying something over and over in 10 different ways is not a measure of fact of truth. Though I understand the appeal of the tactic as it certainly worked for your interests on the demonizing of David Fuller.

The Fanthology has a NAS. Everything uploaded is logged in. Everything downloaded is logged out.

When downloaded, each separate download was "watermarked" - that may be the wrong word as I am not PC literate - but you get the gist.

David knew the rules before he joined.
Xmas 2011 he uploaded an unreleased Brian May track to QZ. He denied downloading it - but it was downloaded in his name, to his PC ISP. (We were rather few).

He then uploaded to QZ a USSR video. Again; he denied the download. So I cut and pasted all his upload and download logs and asked him to explain. He at that point cut us off. But I invited him back partially out of fear (see below) and I guess a sense of - well everyone deserves a second chance. I too have a conscience.

But fool me once - shame on you . Shame me twice - shame on me. (Praise the Lord - but pass the ammo!).

On the third track (Roger Taylor) only his track had a skip glitch. You see everyone else in the fanthology has the track WITHOUT the glitch!

It was a baited trap if you like. He didn't know that - you didn't know that, but I knew it (oh and eventually he found that out too after it was too late for him).

FACT: Everyone in the Fanthology has that track without any snap, crackle or pop - perfect. The only version in the WORLD with that "deliberate glitch" (or water mark) was Mr. Fucker's version... and guess what was shared, and from his ISP address? He cannot blame a big boy - because we all live in different countries!

Of course he still tried to deny it saying he did not get it from us - but his download log proves differently.

I am a nice sod; I invited him back. He even used the old blackmailer's threat that "if we ratted him out he would release even more..."
(Which he has followed through with by the way).
