You are absolutely correct. It's not about discs, or monies or costs. It's about the sleekit way in which Fuller operates.
He is not a Robin Hood;
A Robin B*stard mores like.
He received freely; then turned around and charged monies from those behind him. Financially profiteering like any common pimp or drug dealer.
"Sold his soul for English gold"; and he is hailed by the leechers as some sort of cult hero - when his payers upload the goodies for free!

I skimmed your reply, but I'm not in as much of a mood to read paragraphs upon paragraphs of pointlessness as I was a few hours ago, so maybe I'll save it for another day. From what I've seen, it looks like you're being pretty reasonable, so I guess I'm satisfied.

You're alright, John: I'm only calling it how I see it, and it's plain to see that Fuller's previous generosity was only a gimmick to get other traders hooked. I mean, if he could just give away little gems like the full studio version of "Face It Alone" to the common man in a nonchalant fashion , then what must he have been holding back? That's why he was a obvious choice for Fanthology membership. What he actually had was nada - but he ended up with the lot, and at the expense of guys like yourself who have been brokering deals and risking a lot legally and financially all their collecting days just to have titbits they wouldnt have heard otherwise from a band they love. But now, thanks to Fuller, there's a band of folk who think it's all out there for free, and who are clinging on to the hope that he will, out of the goodness of his heart, share these beauties so THEY can realise their dream of having such material. If they truly believe this will happen, then they'll have quite a wait. Fuller, now that he has what he wants, will stick his middle finger up at everyone of those types on QZ and leave them with what he started with: shit-all. He is, and always was, just in it for the money. And what's the betting that, eventually, Fuller will end up selling his soul to QPL for what he's obtained? Only after he's made a tidy sum from the gullible, though.

Thanks to GT for killing this game early.
Next time I will exclude GT & GB from playing!
Yes; this is indeed a fan-mix. It is therefore NOT genuine.
(Thank you to ...), I will let the rightfull creator take a bow if s/he desires.
So if s/he can create a fake-mix;
and I marry that to a fake vinyl like this:

I wonder what the bastard love child would be?[/QUOTE]
HATE TO SAY IT (BECAUSE I AM NOT NORMAL)
But in the end i was right , my suspicions were correct that some shenanigans were going on, and i got the overall impression that there was something up with the mix of the sound and so i concluded it fake in the end.
i quote you for backup.

I'm struggling to see the point in a lot of this - just because something CAN be faked does it necessarily mean it ALWAYS is?
I'm not too fussed about different mixes - it's Queen playing, but just people either officially (eg David Richards) or unofficially (me in my bedroom) create edits from already existing released tracks (as is the case here).
More perturbing is when people create recordings and then try to claim it's Queen playing either a different take of a known song, or a completely unknown song altogether).

Just to go back to the original post - I've been meaning to make my own so this saved me some bother so thanks John.
Unfortunately I see both sides of this argument so won't comment. Thanks for the continued good discussion John.
