I obtain this mp3, I don´t known if real demo, but is good mix :)

DEFINITELY authentic! Not sure about the "demo" status, sounds like it was closer to the mixing stage than demo stage since a lot of elements match the final album mix.

I wonder if it was deliberately hiss reduced by the 'source' however?

I think this is genuine too, not like those SSoR tracks or the ITtWWC? piano demo. But if this is fake, I have to congratulate the mixer.

That would be an incredibly difficult mix to achieve, since the fidelity on the movie's audio and the studio album version are significantly well apart. And those previously unheard guitar bits are definitely not in either version :-)
