The fact that the source of all this material is being treated like this (and so few people seem to notice or care) is absolutely disgraceful.

Allright, you're right about this. To be honest I tend to stay out of topics like this, but after reading a lot of topics the last few days that all seem to end in 'forumfights', I really got pissed off of how people that have contributed so much to this 'community (?)' , are treated by some individuals.

I probably end up with getting the shit over me, but I don't care. This is in support for all those long time queenzone members that shared so much for free. I Thank You All.

And about the song posted here, is this one of the 'hundreds' versions of 'Princess' that Queen made for Highlander, as Brian stated in an interview around that time?

And after hearing all those extra bits and pieces in this version, I got a feeling that the final version could have been a more epic and longer song then it ended up. Anyone with my on this?

Indeed. The studio version is fantastic but no doubt it could've been something even greater.

And thanks for making sense. Such things seem to be at a premium here these days.

and why QP didn't included tracks like this on the 2011 Remaster Bonus EP?!

This is a great share. Thank you for sharing it.

I believe that Queen have made the best decisions for this AKOM lp. The final version of Princes is very well balanced.

As for John S Stuart, it´s sad that such thing happened to you, life is what it is and sometimes shit like this happens. I´m not going to be a hypocrit, i´m enjoying this new music. This is exciting and i don´t believe that this is the kind of thing that Fanthology would share anyway, since some of you guys are connected to QP in some way and there´s a limit to what you would share (live videos).

Having said this i hope that someone at QP or Universal realise that it could be a good idea for the proper Box Set release.

I can´t understand their thinking. They´re trying to reach to those who still don´t get Queen (as i remember reading at the time of their moving to Universal), and those who get Queen, and supported the band all these years are left to Queenzone downloads. But the really sad part of this for me, are the ones who started supporting the band in 1973, and will probably never hear this music.
I´m 35 years old, so i´m not concern because i hope i will live untill the boxes are released. But for some fans that will be too late. And this i really don´t understand!

Just my two cents.

To put it politely, that would be very incorrect to say! The Fanthology was most interested in putting out a huge set of rarities, and I'm willing to guess things like this they certainly would never have held back on in the final package.

But i´m not judging them in any way, or acusing them of held back anything. I´m just saying that since some of them are connected to QP like Miklos who stated here that he helped tracking down the film to the Budapest show, it´s only normal they want to keep cordial relations with QP, and would not share things that they knew could upset them, because they will release the Box set in the future/ or simply the band just don´t want it out.

I remember that John Stuart didn´t want anything to do with the share of the BBC sessions. He gave it to someone to share it here. It´s a very sensitive matter.
What i said wasn´t judgemental, only based on my perspective. I don´t expect nothing from them because it´s their stuff, i´m just happy to what i get. And if in the future they wan´t to keep sharing what they have i´ll be happy too.
