I would say that this is one of Freddie's greatest compositions. It reminds me of "Fairy fellers master stroke".
I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight about the creation( musically) of this song?
I know it was written for the Highlander film: but I'm curious about the amount of work that Freddie spent on this song. Did he compose it on piano? Was he playing guitar? Was Brian part of the writing process? Please discuss.

I think he means the theme of the song was more in tradition of Freddie's earlier compositions. Calm down, people.

Wow.
A newbie claims a certain Queen song reminds him of another Queen song and instead of asking how the one reminds him of the other he immediately gets hatred spewed his way.
I quite understand the hatred on this forum for the retards and trolls that run amok around here but don't unleash it upon a newbie.
Trash the bastards that deserve it but please try to act normal to new posters who aren't familiar with the hatred that is Queenzone nowadays.

Its not hatred, its disbelief. It's like saying Body Language reminds you of Bohemian Rhapsody

All songs remind everyone of something different to others that was his personal opinion, i agree with Stick on this one there is far too much bitchy snide comments from a small few what is so shocking there grown men. Whatever makes you happy i suppose.

So? Maybe there is a link between the 2 that you and I haven't thought of.
And even if it is only disbelief, why then the negative response?
Why not simply ask the new forum user why he thinks he sees a link between 2 songs?
However if the newbie turns out to be another troll then please regard my comments as non-existent.
Personally I like to give people the benefit of the doubt (at least a while).

I have been coming to this site for 15 years and I've been listening to Queen for over 20 years. It might say I'm a "newbie", but that doesn't mean I know nothing about this band. I choose not to post or respond to anything on here because all you people are pathetic morons. I will never post on here again. thank you, and get a life people!
