I would say that this is one of Freddie's greatest compositions. It reminds me of "Fairy fellers master stroke".
I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight about the creation( musically) of this song?
I know it was written for the Highlander film: but I'm curious about the amount of work that Freddie spent on this song. Did he compose it on piano? Was he playing guitar? Was Brian part of the writing process? Please discuss.

I think he means the theme of the song was more in tradition of Freddie's earlier compositions. Calm down, people.

I have been coming to this site for 15 years and I've been listening to Queen for over 20 years. It might say I'm a "newbie", but that doesn't mean I know nothing about this band.
