Poll: Adam Lambert hardcore fans: Obnoxious, Trolls, or just the same as us

I wouldn´t put them in any group you´ve mentioned.
Like everything in live, there are good ones and ones you don´t want to talk to.

For me it´s all about music, so i really understand that when someone says that Adam can´t sing or doesn´t have a good voice they become defensive and attack back. The thing is - in my opinion - Adam is one exceptional singer anywhere in the world. And i think like this since the first time i saw him on American Idol. There were some performances there that brought a tear to my eye- and this was long before he was even considered to play with Queen in the finals. I try to keep an open mind about music and performers in general.

I wouldn´t say that they´re just like any other Queenzoner, because as i see it today Queenzone is a very negative place where you can´t discuss music anymore without trolling from someone, even members who think they´re not trolls. You´re not allowed do discuss and appreciate Queen anymore in Queenzone - and this is a so called Queen fan site?! There´s a difference between an honest opinion and just plain negativity, and i can easily spot the difference.

On the other hand, i´m very impressed with the support Adam fans give to him on his official forum, always supporting the man, and now they support both Brian and Roger as well.
As i said before, i really believe that this new tour has more to do with the support given by Adam fans than Queen fans. These things don´t go unnoticed with promoters who keep track of blogs and forums, and thank God for that, because if they took Queenzone or Queenonline seriously there wouldn´t be a tour or anything else for that matter.

Remember that this is the same site whose members claimed that Paul Rodgers can´t sing either, and some believe that it was impossible for Paul to have been one of Freddie´s favorites, despite the fact that Both Brian and Roger stated otherwise.

So my feeling is that - with possible some exceptions - i believe that Adam fans are a very positive bunch and more fun to be around with at least on the internet, and i don´t have the slightest problem admitting to this.

Is there an option to click "Obnoxsious and Trolls" at once ?

I`am not dissing the Tour itself, but there are some negative side-effects for good old QZ.

I have dissed the tour but I'm really not that bothered by it all. There's been plenty of questionable Queen + endeavors and to be honest, Q+AL isn't even the worst in my estimation.

I just find there's a lack of humility and respect from some Lambert zealots who stir up the shite on Queen sites. The nerve of them to come and speak only of Lambert and then play the gay card, the troll card, the martyr card and the whole deck eventually

I understand their enthusiasm (which I've said is one of the few good things going for the fans) but out and out superlative ways can be overwhelmingly assaulting.

I liked Five and what was done with that. I think the Pepsi advert with WWRY, was/still remains awful IMO.

Yeah, the Pepsi 2003 remake and the Jessie J versions of WWRY were definitely further down on the quality ladder
