What other songs have actually been EXTENDED for a single release, normally they are album tracks that get edited. Not just Queen but any artist?

If your talking 7in singles can't think of any, though I'm sure there might be somewhere. If your talking in general terms. Yeah almost every 12in.

I don't think these will count but,
The 5 live single version of "Somebody To Love" by Queen+GM is longer than the "Greatest Hits III" version.
Also the Single version of "We Will Rock You" by "Queen+5" is longer that the "5" album version.

How about the 12" remix of Breakthru? That's longer.

I can't think of any, really.

The I Want to Break Free case is rare as the single version is in reality an edit of the 12" version and (IMO) works better than the album version.
Also, I don't know about running times but the Back Chat single version is a remix of the album version. It is different. It was reworked for its single release and, like Break Free, is an edit of the 12" version.
Not extended but doesn't the Hammer to Fall single version have a slightly different solo? If so, it is technically a remix.
Save Me and Who Wants to Live Forever have minuscule mix differences if you compare the album and the 7" single versions but they are not extended.
Contrary to what the album's title would suggest, one wonders whether the guys got a bit lazy in the studio around The Works and put out an album with so-so versions of the songs only to "fix" them through further single releases (IWTBF, HTF Headbanger's Mix, Instrumental Machines, etc.)

The single version of 'Flick of the Wrist' is slightly longer (by two seconds), but it's not really a significant enough change.

If we're talking B-sides (which apparently is not the case)... the God Save the Queen version on the B-side of the 1975 re-release of Keep Yourself Alive doesn't fade in like the one on ANATO. For this reason, it technically has a couple of extra drum hits at the beginning.

Even putting the first line in this reply is nothing but an insult.
The OP was talking about "Queen", the best band in the world, not some lightweight tribute act.
