The only sad thing is that this March Rainbow show too was already overdubbed heavily. I think they planned to release it as an live album and did the overedubs already 1974. You can hear this on the backing vocals on many of the songs. Like Seven seas of rhye.

On some boots the vocal harmonies are pretty spot on too...

If you're talking about when Freddie and Roger nails the G5 on "Forever, ever, ever!" That's 100% live, not overdubbed.
^^
Thats live? It sounds to perfect.

Has it ever occurred to you people that Queen gained such huge success because they were extremely talented?
Yes
Ill shut up

The "soldier sailor tinker tailor plough boy wait did u hear the sound bit sounds very odd to me to. The word "sound" in that vocal sounds like a twanging rubber band. Very peculiar.

Since I heard this Rainbow 1974 (Originally "Sheetkeekers" bootleg) I noticed there are too many voices going on. Two Freddies and two Roger falsettoes at the same time. I know they were talented, but they knew the post-prod tricks too.

Yes, sounds like they've been going all out in Pro Tools on that particular line.
Still, the rest sounds absolutely wonderful - even for Queen it must have been a challenge playing it this tight live. Will be interesting to hear whether they even nailed that bitchy timing in the intro of the song. The piano is very high in the mix, good thing Freddie isn't flubbing that much.
Do you doubt the ability of queen in the 70s
Not really, no. :) That "ability" is what makes this my favourite period of the band, both live and in studio.
It seems that my countless plays DOTL and LMEY from Live Killers have a worthy successor. The (Master!) Fairy(..>) is so dynamic and daring .... Hats off. Great! Give it to me! :)
just listened to it.
Thrilling to hear something from Queen for the first time... :)

I also do not doubt in their technical abilities but the word "sound" indeed just sounds strange. I have no problem with using Pro Tools as all the bands do it with live recorded material, but I wouldn't like see one day on the Internet or in a review of the 1974 Rainbow live album slagging off or ridiculing Queen for masking live mistakes / going too far with production etc. The press has not been kind to Queen and some magazines are eager to embellish something deemed negative by them and at the same time not mention everything which is tremendously good about this gig.
the best Queen's discover in two decades!!!!!
