It's a pity they still don't understand there's a huge number of fans who want a recording of EXACTLY what happened on that night (no cuts, no overdubs etc).
Dire Straits' Alchemy has no overdubs. It's even in the liner notes!

Even a perfect live band like Muse has overdubs on their Rome release. Unfortunately.
I adore Muse but... They're not a perfect live band. They make use of click and backing tracks so even not everything you hear on the night (at the show itself) is live...

That's true, but have a listen at their earlier stuff. The best example is probably Glastonbury 2004. Maybe their best concert ever. Montreux 2002 is also amazing.

Since 2006 they are using tons of effects, that's true. Orchestral parts are all pre-recorded for example, but hey, the main instruments are still done live. And they deliver, each night.

On second thoughts, it might simply be reverb that I'm hearing on the bootleg recording.
One thing that I am certain of is that the 1st chorus has an overdubbed Freddie, which they have now removed.
Seems accurate to me !

Also, just compare the audio of the old Son And Daughter footage to any of the later bootleg material and you can clearly hear what was overdubbed. The TV footage is the raw audio.
