I think we can expect Hammersmith Odeon 1975 in 2015, Hyde Park 1976 in 2016 and Houston 1977 in 2017. [/QUOTE]

Probably because the work has already been done, for a 2009 BBC broadcast.

Can you link me to it?

Why Hammy will be 99% next?
1) It's done. They have the remastered video + the remastered audio. They have some remastered bonus footage. The only effort is the authoring + promotion
2) The Hammersmith Odeon videos are disappearing from youtube. You can now find only the old badly edited TV broadcast or just audio clips. When they pulled the Rainbow clips a few months later they announced Rainbow

Maybe its just a copyright issue

Hammersmith '75 would be pretty much the absolute least desirable release (excluding re-releases) I could imagine. I don't think I'd buy that.

I was thinking the same.

They should Release Houston 77 since they were back in the States after a long time. Then i would love to Have Hammersmith 1979. Buenos Aires 1981 and Knebworth 1986.
Amazing gigs!!

Well it was officially announced 2 times already (or 3?) so it's just a matter of WHEN and not IF.

You guys mentioning Knebworth, but do they have the footage? I think it was clear that they don't except for the DoRo bits. I suppose they could only release the audio track from this gig.

Unless it got shelved in favor of this Rainbow set. Who knows, really? I certainly never saw *this* release coming, so I haven't got a clue what the next release could be.

Hammersmith 75 isn't very desirable now, i agree. With this Rainbow release all the songs of Hammersmith are covered.
A brilliant idea could be a Bluray of Hammersmith and another show from the ANATO tour complete in CD (one of the japanese ones, maybe?) if they have the multitracks, of course.
And if the footage isn't damaged, there is always the possibility of Hyde Park.

Except Boh Rap and Brighton Rock... I guess multitracks aren´t so important, a good soundboard mix is sufficient for this kind of release. But yeah, if they have multitracks from another show of ANATO tour, it would be great.
A couple of years ago, i read a post (in Queenonline forum) where the poster said she has a friend who works with Universal and he told her that Queen was working in Rainbow, and planing to release one gig every year for the 40th Anniversary, i mean 2014 Rainbow 74, 2015 Hamm 75, etc. Till the moment it was right... but that is only speculation. At the moment i´m happy with Rainbow.

I’d like to see a box set of Hammersmith 75/79 seeing that were getting the Rainbow from 2 different tours.
