Just listened to Anita Dobson's version of Let Me in Your Heart Again, sounds like a lightweight pastiche of an Abba song with additional "trademark" guitar from Brian May.Freddie would obviously improve it but theres limits. I fear the album will be on the mawkish side.

No he is a russian
Im a cool american!

Would you possibly care to do what the "Russian" has so far refused to do and care to prove who you are? (Even if it's in a private message with some privacy clauses attached) :)
I am really looking forward to this release. Queen are working with a brilliant producer in William Orbit, so rather than speculating we should all wait and look forward to the day the album is released. Even Lambert said that Queen had released a beautiful version of Love Kills!
Are we all absolutely sure that Love Kills on the album will have Freddie's vocals, and hasn't been re-recorded by Lambert??

A horrific thought I know, but just reading Brian's quote about it where he says of 'Love Kills'; "which you'll hear in the show AND which we do with Adam".

I pray I'm reading far too much into it......

Queen forever is all about the vaults, no current recordings !
Sweet mama...
ANOTHER compilation? And just 2 new songs? (I believe they put in "Victory" too).

Anyway, won't buy it.
Queen Forever is a shit name.
A man who learnt how to teach, but forgot how to learn. A la grande le puse cuca!!
Yes like what they'd release if queen broke up
Gerry is an douche

It is! It's a completely shit name!!

But Brian only mentions two Jacko songs! Could they be holding one back for the next release? I think so....maybe

@scottmax: deaky on bass?!?!?!!1!?!

On Let Me In Your Heart Again anyway . That's what the Dr said!

My money is on Deaky being on all tracks! This stuff was obviously recorded when Freddie was alive and John was still in the band It makes sense!

Brian confirms in the interview that John's bass parts are on Let Me In Your Heart (Again)

LMIYHA was a completed track though, not used originally on the works ( if I remember right ) so John would be on it, but he won't be on the Jacko tracks or love kills, probably Brian playing bass, as he's the one whose finished the tracks off.
I see! :-(
I still think this is going to be a hugely disappointing compilation, a lot of people have got really excited, as if it is a brand new album !
With time and care we could have had mih 2, even if Brian & Roger had recorded new tracks themselves, that WOULD have been exciting.
But we do have live at the Rainbow which is exciting :-)
Agree about covering Freddie solo songs, don't like that although a heavy rock version of love kills would sound good. Hate Queen forever, shit name I suspect it will be basically a crap compilation like Absolute Greatest whatever or Greatest Hits 3. Dump Lambert, He was the reason Sonisphere was cancelled in 2012, get back Paul Rodgers or get Marc Martel, Justin Hawkins or Matt Bellamy singing. What's the point of Queen extravaganza if BM and RT still tour as Queen? C-lebrity is exactly what Lambert is!!!!
"Give it to me one more time!"
