What would be the point of Hammersmith 75 after the release of The Rainbow. It's almost the same set list. Bring on Earl's Court or Houston tho!

I believe Greg has said in a recent Q&A that Hammersmith, Hyde Park, Earls Court & Houston are not suitable for a stand alone release but possibly in some sort of box set compilation. Lots of '79 stuff available which is favoured for the next 70s release

Rhys Thomas said Houston was filmed and is suitable for a Bluray release. Opposite information coming from close men of the band.

Greg Brooks either has next to no influence over what is released or actively discourages the release of decent stuff. It's very easy for someone like him to make claims like that with his own personal copies of everything I feel.
The idea that Earls Court isn't fit for a standalone release is absurd. The same for Hyde Park really too - it's no worse than the Milton Keynes video, which is actually marred by strange marks on one of the main camera feeds and Hot Space material! Hammersmith was set for release a few years ago.... obviously not as good as the Rainbow shows and quite short, but still worth releasing properly.
That the Rainbow video has just been released and gotten great press proves all the talk of earlier material not being worth releasing is utter tosh and that this should be the first stage of finally releasing the classic 70's pro shot gigs.

40 years of rainbow = dvd and blu ray release
40 years of hammersmith 75 = dvd and blu ray release
let´s believe!!

The DVD is done, they just need to release it. Next Christmas would be the logical time

I honestly can't see Hammersmith '75 getting a stand alone release now. The DVD was done years ago, Brian was still putting paint on his hair on the bonus interviews. That's been scrapped for good, I'd be willing to put a lot of money on it.

Probably these -

And I don't get the impression that these are Greg's wishes, it's what's coming from QP. At this moment in time the 4 mentioned shows are not going to have an individual release. He has apparently said only about 6 songs from the Hyde Park show are usable.

And I know, based on their responses to questions from fandom and the quality of their related releases so far, which I'd believe the most.
