Well - an hour into the show and I'm pleasantly surprised. The music is being taken seriously and no sensationalism so far. Plenty of Brian and Roger interviews for each track too, and the odd snippet of rare footage and photos.

It's actually almost like a mini documentary concentrating on the songs, rather than a list/talking heads piece.

Good stuff!!

Agreed. It;s very good.

You cannot be serious?!

It's a blatant plug for the upcoming tour (extra tickest go on sale today....coincidence?) and the Forever album.

The clues are in the ad breaks.

Financed by QP no doubt and a great peak time filler for ITV

I don;t give a flying f**k about ad breaks lol! But of course they're doing it for promotional purposes. The point is the programme is much better than I expected it to be.

If anyone is recording, is it possible it could be uploaded for those of us outside the UK? It would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Been watching this tonight, is it just me or has the one vision / kind of magic thing just been played for the first time? This has been great so far.

The One Vision/A Kind of Magic demo is a bonus track on the AKOM 2011 Deluxe Remaster

I believe the Q+AL adverts only went out in selected ITV regions (London got them, but Meridian [SE] didn't).

Slightly gutted that I missed this now, after reading the comments made by people. I can't even find it anywhere online, even ITV player doesn't have it up at the moment.

I'll be looking out for it, hopefully a recording will surface somewhere soon.
My heart got hijacked by you.......

The ads went out in Granada region too.
For those who didn't see it, you missed nothing!

Yeah...most fans either here or elsewhere consider '70's Queen quite a bit better than '80's Queen. I know *I* do.

Having said *that*...I think the stuff they did in the '80's and especially late 80's/early 90's is quite a bit better than most give it credit for.

As someone stated earlier...they were a "different beast" in the '80's. There wasn't one album that didn't have at *least* 3 great songs on it. I think the best stuff that they created in the '80's/'90's can stand toe-to-toe with most of the '70's output.
