So I notice the audio and video changing quality throughout. Why is this the case? Are there multiple versions of the TV report, one of which had cuts?
Why not just use the "Reigns The World" LP for the audio throughout since it's the best copy?

It shouldn't take too long, however keep in mind that it's not the full show, some of the talking inbetween songs has been cut, etc. So I might use the VHS audio for filling.

The Madrid 1979 report has been uploaded, with the audio for the songs provided by The Wizard, and the video processed by Chief Mouse - mixed together.
