No. It literally only joins the two things together in a single file (MKV container). If you need to edit and alter stuff, you'll need an editing program (for either video/audio, or audio-only).

As for Hammersmith 1979, I believe Pittrek already did a great compilation in 2015?

Pittrek's compilation is amazing, like everything he does. But it was audio version, I'm talking about full video version with audience recording or maybe that Pittrek's recording if it is already speed corrected!

Can you give me some examples of video+audio editor in which I could at least try to do mkv,vob or other losseless full video? Is there any for free to download?

It seems I'll have a lot of free time next two or three months :)

(I was about to try to do something like this with the Japan 85 footage but discovered how long it would take to do. I then realised someone's probably done it already, a little search and found this fantastic set of work.)

Yes I had to clear out my MEGA folder a while back for various reasons. The only 2 videos I have back up are Tokyo 85, and Milton Keynes 82.
