What are your top 5 favorite shows. What are they what do you like does a recording exist and is it worth a listen?

1973 Glasgow - slightly rough quality and incomplete but amazing performance
1976 Boston - all-around solid performance, one of the best recordings
1978 Vancouver - just a nice Jazz tour show in great quality, plus Fred still sounds strong
1979 London - all-around great show, Fred sounds strong (even though Newcastle was even better, this has better quality)
1986 Mannheim - great quality, great vibes, strong Freddie (he does have even stronger shows on this tour though)
there are stronger performances on these tours but somehow these specific shows are what i enjoy the most.
i couldn't decide, so:
1976 Osaka (evening show) - best medley Bo Rhap, Fred is very focused throughout
1979 05 01 Fukuoka - one of Fred's best gigs
1982 11 03 - one of Fred's best gigs, best Play The Game and WATC
1984 09 07 - one of Fred's best gigs from the spellbinding London run, best It's A Hard Life
1986 07 12 - one of Fred's best gigs, amazing One Vision and WATC, especially on the radio broadcast.

My personal favorites:
5-1-75 Tokyo (solid quality, great performance, setlist has everything - Hangman AND See What a Fool!)
76 Boston (gotta put that in there, just cus the quality is ridiculously good!)
77 Seattle (love the Races shows, again great quality)
78 Chicago (great quality, and even though Freddies not at his best, the rest of the band is on fire)
2-17-81 Tokyo (great quality, Freddies sounding good, and I love the extended 'Flash medley'!)

Hehe - love threads like this.
The disintegration notes on Fukuoka are definitely up there as being Freddie's best. Haven't heard that much passion in a long time.
A really good show that I personally love is the Kassel 1982 gig. There's sooooo many great moments on that show (Somebody To Love, Now I'm Here/Dragon Attack, etc). It's about as good as the future UK shows.

Least the Circle Of Birds guy isn't haunting you! :D
Any of the last 7 Hot Space shows are fantastic. Munich's got the worst quality though. Leeds and Edinburgh are awesome companions to the Milton Keynes show!

There's something to be said about the final Body Language and Play The Game, Greg. Not saying something positive, but certainly something.

LOL.......I havent listened to that karaoke stuff in a while, maybe I should later just for a chuckle!
I also really like the Frankfurt Hot Space show myself....(if you dont want to hear it, fuckin go home!)
Leeds is pretty good....... might be a contender for 'most enthusiastic audience'!

I hear passion on Body Language. The polyphonic squealing on that song has more soul than any Aretha Franklin record.
Play The Game has its moments! A good note here and there! :D
