September 2015: Queen - Complete Studio Album Vinyl Collection

Blimey. You're all so negative.
My insides source is telling me that it's a 15 LP ANTHOLOGY set full of demos and out-takes.
The band apparantly want to cash in on the massive profits they make from vinyls by releasing this stuff on vinyl first, thereby ensuring that when the CDs come out a year later, we'll all buy them again to get crackle-free copies.

I dread to think how much this will cost though considering they believe £75 is the right price for Queen Forever with just 4 LPs...
£250 perhaps in Europe and £100 in the USA and Canada (going by current prices....)

A 15 vinyl Anthology set?! I would love this to be true but I very much doubt QP will be putting any such release out this year.

Also releasing something like this on vinyl before on more commercial formats doesn't make much sense (even though vinyl sales are going up slightly).

No one one wants a vinyl album set. We all what 70s concerts

I really wish they'd press Live Killers, Live Magic, Live at the BBC, Wembley 86, The Bowl 82, Montreal 81, Greatest Hits I, II, AND III, Classic Queen (USA) and Greatest Hits (USA), Queen Rocks, Absolute Greatest, and then an album of B-Sides, in addition to all of this. The reason why I include those albums is because at the time those albums were albums people knew, not the studio albums. You know what I mean? It's kind of odd, I know, but that's just what I think.

This won't happen, but I can still hope.

I'm actually looking forward to this. I don't have the UK cover for Queen I, so it'd be nice to finally have that. Also, Made In Heaven is too expensive, so I don't own it.

Hope it will feature proper B-sides collection LP and great Book inside in addition.

I own the past vinyl reissues plus original pressings (in some cases, repeated editions from differents countries) of all the albums, and The Complete Works boxset too, so .... this new collection should bring something REALLY REALLY REALLY appealing as an extra to make me consider buying it. And I tend to believe it won´t.
