anything that has the "live" or "studio" look will never really date - they'll look "current" in a 100 years' time.
so for my mind:
Rhap, TYMD, DSMN, IWIA and STL One Vision and Headlong look fine

Living On My Own still works for me. Even if it was the "last hurrah". So it's poignant on that account.
Freddie had more fun in his little fingernail than most of us have in total. The video rather shows that.
The long version of "Great Pretender" shows that as well. Cheesy? I think it was MEANT to be.

A Kind of Magic is the best video.... to this day it is brilliant to watch...

I actually think that Scandal is one of their videos that aged the best. But I tend to prefer straightforward live performances videos, and I'm fond of Scandal, so there you go.

Queen didn't have the awful 80s hairstyles! I don't know the videos by heart, I haven't even seen them all, but there doesn't seem to be a lot stuff that ties them to a specific era (which is surely what you must mean by dating). Off the top of my head, the computers in The Invisible Man are like that, but what other serious accusations can you make?
I mean if you look at a video by an average hair metal or pop band from the 80s, you will instantly recognise the time it came from - the clothes, the hair, the stupid dances etc. it all just screams 1980s. But that's not really so true with Queen. They look quite 'normal' and almost any of their videos from the The Works onwards could have been done in the 90s, or yesterday even.
Take I Want It All: it's a black and white video of four men in suits performing a tight rock song in a studio. It's as timeless concept as it gets. How could it possibly ever become dated?

As far as dating. .. and music videos. . Whenever those two words collide I instantly think of the Japanese guy dancing in the POLICE SYNCHRONICITY LIVE TOUR VHS
...
It's impossible to escape. ...
If only i had the means to GIF it on a live MEME. (The next thing for people with no personality who wish to have OTHERS EXPRESS "what they feel" like a hallmark card with ALREADY PRINTED MESSAGES, THEMES AND TYPE FOR UNIMAGINATIVE SELFISH AND LAZY SHITHEADS)
The most dated QUEEN video has gotta be BACK CHAT. .. it's horrible with it's cheap 1980's pseudo gay THRUSTING MACHINES and cages.
The frame altering effect just makes it even more embarrassing

I think any with entirely practical effects have aged well. Basically just the ones that didn't try too hard and miss the mark. Headlong and IWIA come to mind, they're just simple performances with entirely live action footage. The only problem that comes to mind is in IWIA, the picture goes 4:3 during the "one track mind" part and the fade is a bit weird looking.
Two standout ones that also aged very well are Breakthru and Innuendo. Breakthru could've been shot yesterday as far as I'm concerned, it's all just simple footage. Innuendo on the other hand is very practical in its effects, using stop motion and insanely good 2D masking. I think it's probably their best video to be honest.

For me, Keep Yourself Alive dates best, because it looks like antiquity right from the beginning, in a positive sense. And antiquity means to get better with time.
Also, Who Wants To Live Forever - the song is about a timeless matter and the video carries that very same spirit.
But really, none of Queen's videos really dated bad, because they weren't about being trendy.
(I haven't watched much of Freddie's solo videos.)

In Breakthru the polystyrene's the problem. :-)

I'd say Innuendo and I'm Going Slightly Mad have dated the best.

I'd say that Innuendo is very much a video of its time.

I'm Going Slightly Mad - always a visual treat. Really adds to the song.
Same for A Kind of Magic.
We Will Rock You and You're My Best Friend have a fantastic good retro feel to them.

What is it you'd say that stands out about the Innuendo video that makes it of its time?
It's aged better than most Queen videos, if not all.
