I prefer a new album with Freddie, maybe you remember him. He was the band's first singer....

^ Not the first, but one and only! All other vocalists are collaborators with remainders of the band.

Brian didn't quite rule out such a thing happening in the future.....(I'd like to see it happen myself!)

Unless they have some great new tunes ,which are better than what was dished up on TCR i would leave a new studio album well alone.The problem is it would sound like an Adam Lambert album with Brian and Roger in the background.Give the fans what we want a five disc anthology, with a great booklet housed in a fantastic sleeve.I mean we are all getting on a bit i am 52 in November,Brian and Roger are getting on aswell.

I would think for now they'd be concentrating on the South America dates. Plus he's just had an album out.

I'm not averse to them recording, even what would've once been called an "EP".

But obviously they have to feel right about the situation and their material.

But an album next year doesn't sound ruled out.

Send your gratitude to God, for if it wasn't for Him this heretical album would have been in the pipeline now.

A new album with Freddie would be wonderful, but they are having some difficulty getting him to commit.
