It is a very sweet song. Freddie was slowly dieng with his cats to keep him company.
If you want bad, I personally think Party is one of THE worst songs ever.

Definitely not my favourite Queen song but definitely not the one I hate the most (that would probably be Cool Cat). The main problem with Delilah IMO is that it sounds like a demo, not a finished song.

the fact that the writer was dieng [sic] does not excuse the fact that it's a piss-poor song...by ANY group's standards.
and you say his cats were dieng [sic] - but i can't see that - they all looked quite healthy.

could be wrong but this may not be Gezza....Gezza loves hot Space - but this poster's current post in 5 Best/5 Worst albums, says otherwise

It's appallingly silly (especially lyrically speaking) and approaching quasi-mediocrity, almost like a novelty joke song. But from a personal standpoint, I can understand why it might appeal to some people, especially cat lovers for whom Saint Freddie can do no wrong.

Definitely not the very worst Queen song, but so out of place on Innuendo.

You're a lost of air. Anyway, Delilah is a fair song, nothing more, nothing less.

I wish Roger had got his way with that track. He weakens Innuendo.

I like the song. I don't listen to it very often but it's a nice and sweet song. The guitar solo by Brian is great and the "you are the apple of my eyes" part is beautiful. There are much worse Queen songs, like Don't Your Lose Your Head or Party.

I agree mate. I really like the song. I personally don't like Drowse, but that is some people's favourite Queen song. It's all a matter of opinion.
