clarification of Thor Arnold's role in Freddie's life

I've only MET Adam, not sat behind a computer screen and judged his personality without exchanging words with him so perhaps you have a better grasp of him than I, RB.

He may not be the perfect singer for Queen but he sure as hell is humble and kind. He's a sweet guy. Like it or not.

Not liars, its a personal matter of taste, they can think so but I don't agree. For what Ive seen, I dont think Adam is a humble guy, and I dont like his singing in Queen either, that's what Im giving my opinion for, which even if you don't agree, you should also respect. This thing about not liking Adam and people going asking you things and trying to 'convince' you is very old. I shold be able to just say I don't agree or like Adam for Queen. Cheers.

Lol it's one thing to have an opinion (which musically, I agree with) but it's another entirely to attempt to claim he isn't what he seems to be when you have literally no proof and no reasoning behind it. That's not giving an opinion, that's being childish. You want people to respect your opinion but you won't do the same for others (Brian and Roger). You'd rather cover your ears and continue to pretend you know the guy is a jerk or something. Whatever you need to do to sleep at night I guess.

Well, it is impossible for you to think that I say he is not humble PERSONALLY, Ive never met the guy, but yeah when you are a public person people will have an impression of you and an opinion, and they can think many various things, sat behind a computer or dancing the conga. And MY impression that I get from him, is that, Im sorry it upsets you so much lol. As an artist, he doesnt look humble to me and I dont like him for Queen,, again,I should be able to say that. Just like every time Ive read in this forum (not in this thread) people supporting Adam I didnt care. Thats up to the individual! Xxx

You're either still missing the point or you're purposely ignoring it (thats whats annoying). Either way, you have a right to an opinion on his vocal range and musical talent but not on his inner workings and personality as you've never met him and have absolutely nothing to support your opinion there. Sorry but that's just childish. Had he kicked a puppy or peed on the homeless, then go for it. Otherwise, stick to what you can form an opinion on.

And yes, you did call Brian and Roger liars if you believe they don't believe then when they say they think Freddie would like him. THATS childish.

Nice discussion folks...interesting opinions. I've only seen Adam Lambert on videos so cannot
comment on any personality traits that he may or may not have. All I CAN say is thank God
Brian and Roger didn't pick Miss Peter Straker for lead singer...lol.

No one can say with certainty what he would like.Maybe he would like it and maybe he wouldn't.
Roger and Brian chose Adam and of course they would talk all the best about him. That's logical.
I also don't understand why Adam fans have a need to prove that he is good,great,excellent etc.You like him and that's the most important thing about it.

Again, brian and roger have always been perfectionists. If they didn't truly believe he was good, they wouldnt say it. Much less work with him. I felt I needed to say something about his personality here because someone started talking about how they figured that Freddie wouldn't like Adam because of values. So obviously I listed Adams values and Freddies. Or traits, more like. It's not an Adam campaign. It's proving a point.

Of course its not a rule, I mean, opinions are just that, so personal.
Still, I wouldnt "judge anybody without meeting him" behind a computer calling them childish just for not thinking alike. Let it be known, if I ever, in the future, give my opinion here about Gloria Estefan, (for example) it will be MY impression as an artist, I never met Gloria Estefan lol.
