I guess you can't post those pics on QOL, so you are spamming the pics here. Again, what are we supposed to do with the pics? What are we meant to discuss about them? That you are so nutty enough to link to more pics when he isn't being public? It's his off time, when or can you understand his every move doesn't need to be tracked and posted about.
And you don't think you want and need everyone to agree with your viewpoint, Icy? I don't need anything. I am just putting my 2 cents in. Some of you make it sound like QAL shouldn't even be performing for too many reasons to mention. I am simply pointing out that hundreds of thousands of people have embraced QAL and keep going back to see them. It gets more and more successful and there has to be a reason for that. I also could care less if you go to the concert or not. I chose to and I think it was the best concert I had ever been to and I am entitled to my own opinion. I do not expect you to agree and that is fine. Peope don't always like the same things and concerts are very personal. What I like may or may not suit someone else. I am simply pointing out how successful QAL has been and that hundreds of thousands of people have enjoyed it. I think some die hard Queen fans won't like it just because it isn't Freddie and that is your right. Luckily, many more people think differently.
Icy why do you care so much about what I do or do not post in the QAL forums? You constantly say YOU have the right to post your negative opinions, etc. on threads about Adam Lambert but those of us who have positive ones do not have that same right. Mind your own business and stay out of mine!

You are hardly postive. You are pretty much a spammer and obsessed with every little thing to do with AL. It's creepy as fuck how you link to his mother's wedding pic, and even holiday pics as you have done? What is something like that meant to add to any discussion? QZ is not an AL board in case you missed it. Good to know you treat this board as your place to swoon and drool over AL. You did the same thing on QOL for years. It's creepy that when AL is not performing you go on the look out for his pics of him during his down time, and link to it. Not the first time you did it, after all.
Don't tell me to mind my own business when you are spreading someone elses down time for no good reason ...the irony of that coming from you. Instead of answering my questions about why share the links, you can't defend it, so once again you lash out at me. Common sense, sweetcaroline/CNB. Do you have any of that in that head of yours? If so, use it.

No, I don't need or want everyone to agree with me. I don't even expect it ;-). I have no problems with people disagreeing with me. It's when things get personal...a whole other story.
Of course people don't have to like the same things. That would be boring, don't you think ;-).
There's alot of music that I like more than Q+AL. But do I hate Q+AL...no. Three yrs ago AL sang Save Me and it did much to change how I felt about Q+AL. I had high hopes for IL during the last tour, but sadly that didn't last throughout the tour.
I'm happy for you that you enjoyed the Q+AL show you attended. I'm never going to knock anyone who goes to these shows...or who chooses not to go. I would have liked to have gone to the Edmonton show last year, if a family emergency didn't happen. You couldn't find any of my posts giving people crap for going to Q+AL..I have a few friends on Facebook who attended and very much liked it.
I can't shake the feeling I have that these shows might be the last for Q+AL. What comes after that, I have no idea for any of the guys. AL has his own music, Brian is invested with Kerry, so at least there could be something after Q+ AL. What I'd like to see and possibly hear is what is left in the Queen vaults, who knows if that will ever happen, it seems I've been hoping for that over a decade now.
To me, Queen is Freddie, Brian, Roger and John. That's where my loyalty lies, but that doesn't mean that I liked everything Queen and Freddie did. Some things I literally can't take, POTF is one example.
Are you planning to go to any shows this time around?
My God, Icy, “Save Me” is the only song you can credit Adam for? That is so pathetic and I am so sick of you saying that!
happystar, I think Brian and Roger are as surprised as you that they found such a magnificent “gift from God” singer/entertainer as Adam on American Idol but that is where they found him and they have no regrets. If you live near one of the venues where they will appear in June, I heartily recommend you go and have one of the most enjoyable evenings of your life!
Happystar As you say it's up to you if you don't want to go to a show, no problem with that, but really don't see the problem with them choosing Adam from a talent show. They might not have agreed with talent shows per se, but Adam was no usual talent show contestant, that's the difference. Spike was the one who told them about him and it was obvious to everyone he was different than the majority you get on those shows. He'd been working in music for years before that, he just realised he needed some exposure to get somewhere, can't see anything wrong with that. And I'm sure you'd agree it doesn't get much harder than singing Queen songs, they wouldn't still be doing so well if he couldn't cut it.

Wow, what's wrong with you?
You prove here that even praise from me isn't good enough for you. Yea, I liked him singing Save Me and It's Late in case you missed it.
Three years ago I suddenly lost my uncle and my pet dog in the space of a little more than a week. They passed very suddenly and it wasn't expected, you may not remember but we chatted about it, you were actually kind to me at that time. When I heard AL sing Save Me during that time, it was very good and I actually really liked him singing it, I thought it was beautiful. To this day it remains throughout all the Q+AL shows my favorite Queen songs I've ever heard him do. You are nasty and horrible enough to throw it even when and why I really liked him doing something back in my face and calling me pathetic for it. Goes to prove how twisted you truly are. I'd say you are the sick and pathetic one here, not me.
My liking AL singing a Queen song is apparently a problem for you now...who would have thought You want to go down this route now? Alrighty then. There is no pleasing you unless a person totally agrees with you. You are the biggest step ford I've ever come across on the internet. You want and need praise only, and obviously from your fellow Glamberts, everyone else you want shut down or you want to convince people to become AL fans.
What a bubble you live in. You can't even take my saying that I liked a couple of the Queen songs I feel AL sang very well, even that isn't good enough in your eyes, nothing will ever make you happy unless I totally agree with you. And you know something, sweetcaroline/CNB....you prove that here like never before right here and now.
I'm so sick of you constantly and patheticlly hyping and promoting AL up at every chance you can grab on to, even in your rep!y to happystar here.
Why the hell is it so important for you that people attend the shows? Do you get a part of the profits or something? Do you want a medal?
You are something else. Yikes at your outage because I said I liked something, and the fact that's not good enough for you. Nothing will be good enough for you. So, in closing, at least try think before you post, and take in your own words, why don't you STFU.
Get a grip, cause you are losing it.
SweetCaroline must be CNB from Queenonline the self declared AL spokesperson and pr assistant. Delusional to the max. Regarding Save Me: I have heard the goat version of AL. Just proof that his voice is thin as paper. While Freddie belted it out with Power AL s version is the lame Westend version of this great power ballad. I agree with happy that no other band made a bigger fool out of themselves like Maylor. Imagine U2 replacing Bono with Lamebird. Laughable. Roger seems to have lost it completely. Did he really ink his complete legs? At almost 70???

One and the same poster. Very obvious, eh ;-).
AL singing Save Me doesn't match or even come close to Freddie singing it, don't get me wrong. Save Me has always been one of my favorite Queen songs, I love the emotion and oomph of Freddie singing it.
Ooooh this looks like fun. Hello runner_70 or should I call you MW. Let the games begin.

runner_70 Yeah Desperation for May 7 Taylor now and you would think they have had a good bite of the cherry and call it a day or do something more constructive
than look complete twats on stage with that american nellie.
I agree with you about Freddie singing "Save me" he always had power in his voice and the way he told the story in his voice gripped me.
He actually made you believe the song was about him, and that is what i loved about Freddie, every song he performed was done most sincerely and with heart.
i admire some of your comments on here and you are spot on with what you see and feel about this Queen / Lambert tragedy.[/QUOTE]
Freddie's voice was a wow. When I think how ill he was during the recording of his last music and still with so much power and determination in his voice...yea Lambert could never become close to that. Not in a million years.
A facebook troll.
Nice to see some familiar glamberts on here-not. They are the Most delusional folks ever. Calling those who despise the goat "trolls". On FB they went so far to copy my profile and steal name/logo etc and make a stolen copied fb profile of me as an AL Fan. Clearly illegal and fb is getting into it but you can clearly see that most if his Admirers are overweight housewives in their fifties who are lusting for hin despite that fact that he is into guys. Pathetic just like QAL
