Thoughts on Thor Arnold and Lee Nolan's eleven year friendship with Freddie

I love that more than 40 years after it was a hit, Bohemian Rhapsody is being played at Proms all across America and the kids are singing to it at the top of their lungs. A true masterpiece written by a brilliant man!

The fact that so many different people, including our own Thor and Lee, have described Freddie as kind, generous, thoughtful, and genuinely caring person. He was a rock star on stage, but a shy, good- hearted soul away from it.

I really, really wish the cinemas would wise up and show some Queen concerts! (I'm sure an arrangement could be made with Queen Productions re Royalties)

Can you imagine watching Rainbow '74, Odeon '75, Milton Keynes Bowl, Montreal, Nepstadion, Wembley etc etc etc on a BIG screen with their fabulous sound system ?! Listening to Queen during Bohemian Rhapsody film was great, imagine how much better an entire concert at the cinema would be! God I'd love that!

Yes I love that Queens Greatest Hits STILL holds as the number 1 best selling album in Britain to this day! What an amazing achievement!

I think"chuffed" (a favourite expression of mine!) would perfectly describe Freddie's feeling about how much Queen music is still so much part of our lives to this day.

Bohemian Rhapsody is quite simply modern day Classical music! Sorry but it is! There you go!

Freddie's composition of that song rivals Mozart in its utter brilliance and sheer inspirational perfection!

I Absolutely Adore the fact that every time I watch TV.......a commercial with Some Queen Song Roaring in the background appears......and Just like the child game 'punch-buggy Don't punch back!!'....the first one to recognize it stops what they're doing...and shouts Freddie Mercury!!!!!!
(It's typically me...but sometimes my grandaughter Lola beats me to the punch!!!......(pun intended) <3

Did anyone see the article that Adam Lambert said he didn’t want to record new music with Queen. He is probably smart enough to know Queen fans would riot. I mean the Paul Rodgers CD was a complete failure. I don’t think Roger and Brian should ever record new music using the “Queen” name. It’s one thing for Adam or whoever to sing Freddie era Queen songs but recording new without him is just plain wrong they are half of Queen. I saw that and was furious but at least Adam has some sense.
