The only exact date I have for a song being recorded in that period is Dog With A Bone on April 8.

I always thought the "he pulled out a gun, wanted to arrest me" bit was in reference to the hijinks that Freddie and Barbara were involved in in Munich. Wasn't there a story about a cop being called and then Freddie entertained him by singing songs, getting them out of trouble? Was this a Jim story? Phoebe? I know I'm not making this up. It's someone's story, probably from a book. I always thought this was what Freddie was speaking of.

Indeed, the lyric seems to be coincidental (the fact it mentions an arrest or somebody wanting to arrest him doesn't necessarily mean he was referring to Adnan's arrest). But even if it were, they could've easily added that at a later stage and had Frederick re-record that line.
'The Dark' took Brian over a decade to complete, so 'Khashoggi's Ship' could've easily been started in January (or any other month) and finished off in or after October.

I think Breakthru was the last video were Freddie looked healthy.
It's strange that Freddie looked worse in I want it all which was filmed before Breakthru.
In some of the out takes for I want it all its very clear that Freddie was ill at that point.

I've got no real knowledge on this but I'd say IWIA was filmed in March instead of April. The single was released in 2nd of May so it would have been a tight squeeze to get the video ready by the time of the single release, if it had been filmed in April. Just my two cents.

I was trying to think in the same way but Scandal was released on 9th October and The Miracle on 27th November, just a few days after the video shooting.
