It's hilarious how much time you spend ranting on about Adam with totally fictitious claims about him. He was popular in Europe, Asia and Australia from the beginning as you can see from appearances he made in those countries back then.
You have no idea about a record label, I said before there were reasons he couldn't release music and obviously the time he had to wait after leaving Warner is coming to an end so he either has a new label or intends releasing it direct like a lot of artists are choosing to do. My guess is he'll go with a label but either way he's putting music out.
And if no one cares when he's not fronting Queen + how is he getting asked to all these appearances etc? You can dislike him as much as you want but you can't argue with facts and the facts are he's well respected and gets a lot of opportunities for all sorts of things.

They started happening after he signed to new management so I'm guessing it's mainly due to that. He has been steadily making appearances at events and being asked to perform or give speeches for years but not as much as this last year. He said the other day new music before the Queen tour but he didn't specify if it was the whole album or just a single. He's also got an original song in the playmobil movie but I'm guessing we won't hear that until the movie is released next year.

One thing about some if not most of those appearances that AL has made..he is usually singing covers. Hopefully if or when he releases new music, he will sing his own music. Evil In The Night could have been great at Strictly or Dancing With The Stars for example.

Even if he'd had his own new music out he'd still have had to do covers for those appearances as they have all been specific events like the Wicked one where obviously everyone had to sing a song from the show and Adam previously doing Wicked and Fiyero did that song, the Cher tribute so obviously singing her songs and the Elvis one coming up where they are recreating one of his shows. Even the strictly one had to be a song from a show so he still couldn't sing an original song on that one. They are all good publicity and a way to get your name out there and especially just before releasing music, I suspect that's one reason his management are upping the appearances.

I'm sure once he's due to release the album there'll be loads of appearances to promote it on tv/radio shows, he's done that with every album sometimes doing two or three acoustic versions of the songs before they're released.

Yeah yesterday a guy posted that he was working with Adam and his band so everyone assumed he was just gearing up for new music but they must have been rehearsing for the Manila show. His publicist confirmed it was a private show, seems it was a corporate xmas show. I suppose being in Manila and private he wouldn't have put it out on twitter etc but some clips got posted on instagram.
