The wigs in particular were horribly done for 'Roger' which were a distraction.
Deacy & May were represented well by their actors, with an uncanny likeness by each in their full hair, costume and makeup.
Rami just couldn't achieve that kind of likeness with Freddie, there were many differences physically. The eye color was off, he's much shorter, his voice and accent were not similar, the fake teeth were ridiculous on Rami and made him look like a cartoon character. It looked like he struggled at times to keep those teeth in his mouth.
Yes the teeth were very cruel and did make Freddie look like a cartoon character.

Yeah the world misses Freddie so much that this film was a smash even though Rami did look ridiculous as the young 70s Freddie,

I agree the movie wasn't good. And don't get me wrong: I really love Queen and enjoyed the music. But the rest was cringe-worthy. It was like an extended music video with some sad manufactured scenes in between the music and a few comedy bits in there too. But it wasn't a cohesive story, just sort of cobbled together is the way it felt to me. I personally would prefer to more in-depth study of F.M. and what a complex man he was. But that's me and I realize most of the world is happy with a somewhat shallow biopic/music video.
i would happily watch the film than watch Queen + AL, for that does churn my stomach up.
