And it's just been established that you don't know a) the difference between multitracks and stems b) how live recordings work c) the meaning of the word "mixing" in an audio-context.
"mixing" is an adequate term for fading in and out audio tracks.

Gee, what a surprise, there's the stooge/sock puppet...

Your remarks make it abundantly clear that you haven't a clue what you're talking about. And yes, they could well have used multi-band compression in 1975, by means of band-pass filtering and then applying compression to the resulting outputs as required.
WTF! you stupid-idiot, only retards like you think they know everything and go overzealous "band-pass filtering and then applying compression" GTFOH!
Ma'am let me explain in a simple manner to you.
You start with the original mix and audio levels, but you give the listener the choice to fade in or out the main 5(lets say 5 you dumb retard) main audio tracks, something like this:
BASS
GUITAR
Freddie
Drums(maybe more tracks for fun)
Keyboard(if the case) piano

maybe they could include some effects options for each track make it mode fun.

MAKE IT INTERACTIVE, also it would be an eye opener for many people when they start to add or subtract an audio track from the performance. It gives a better understanding of how a rock performance with 4 or 5 instruments is done!
Many listeners assume background players or playback or clicktracks are involved in the performance.
Most of those millions youtube viewers on "Montreal 1981" don't even realize the whole performance is based on just 3 live instruments... and Freddie on the piano sometimes.
Pffft, yeah, that's not pointless at all...

And it's just been established that you don't know a) the difference between multitracks and stems b) how live recordings work c) the meaning of the word "mixing" in an audio-context.

Enjoy living in that insane fantasy world of yours where you aren't a clueless ape and your ideas are not suggestive of degenerative brain damage.

http://www.facebook.com/rockpalast/videos/queen-live-in-dortmund-1979/298501264140703/ It's nice to see some shows have their archival footage on-hand, at least...even if they mislabel it.

Maybe the backstage video of The Invisible Man (1989)...would be great!

I really fucking want Kampuchea 1979 to be released. I haven't been around long enough to know the rumors about what state the raw footage is in but shit even if they just released a damn CD. Something from the 'Crazy Tour' would be awesome, I'd like to hear his voice in such good shape in something other than a bootleg.

Question: Regarding Kampuchea '79, I can't help but notice that the more complete versions we have lack 'BoRhap', and when it was aired as 'The Queen Special' it was lacking that as well. Was the song maybe not filmed? It seems odd to me that it would've been cut from a TV special in 1980 just considering it's popularity unless it wasn't properly available. I wonder if Queen PR can't bring themselves to try and release a non-moustache, no-BoRhap DVD/CD.

Yes not enough Cd / Dvd footage on Queen in the 70s is available but we are lucky to have had "Live at the Rainbow" and "Hammersmith 1975" Kampuchea 1979 would be awesome, but there is some Dvd bootlegs out there on this concert already. i own a copy myself..

Oh don’t get me wrong I have the video and the audio recording as well. But to have a high quality mastering of the complete show, and remixes from the multi tracks in crystal clear quality would be a real treat.

Why QP should consider the desires of "buy me a pony to ride him once and get bored" potentially interested customers like you, are you planning to invest in such a product or you will download it from torrents?
Because they can send the pony directly to glue factory, to save time and money. This means minimum releases, which they are already doing brilliantly.

Too many fake connoisseurs and too little innocent fans.

Hmmm, not sure what I said to require facing your wrath aristide1. I have purchased all the previous live DVDs legitimately and intend to do so for any future releases. I simply stated something I hoped to see released officially someday, and this would imply the desire to purchase it legally.

Don't worry about it, "aristide1" is just generally obnoxious and nasty. It's simply how certain kinds of people deal with their crippling personality issues.
