Icy is trying to get me banned again at QOL. She bitched about the last fan Poster being made by a Glambert and the mod obediently called it spam and moved it to another section of QOL along with everyone else’s comments on the second L.A. Forum show. I have never caused trouble for her and offered to send her to a show in Vegas last year. So who is the bad guy (girl)? I have never reported her to the mod, but I think she has a direct line to him. If I bitched about Adam like she does I would be fine!
Funny thing...I asked someone to move the concert posts back,( no direct line needed, )and you choose to ignore that even though you have posted since then. And what was it that you posted? A glowing review of a show, surprise, surprise. And your new favorite Queen song is because AL sings it.
Don't say I didn't try to get the posts about the concert moved back. I did. It's there. He hasn't answered do there goes your fkd up theory about having a direct line.
Let me tell you this, the spite, hate and agenda you have about me is out of this world. That much is very obvious. You lose your damn mind and .it about me every time you don't get what you want regarding AL. Look at your own lies, playing the victim, filthy tactics, it's here for all to see.
Stop blaming me and stop spreading your lies about me. You had a year long ban from QOL and you didn't learn a damn thing or even realise how and why you for things wrong. You take things way too far way too often.
You might think what you do is for the "love" of Adam. It's not love that you have about him. Flat out freaky, and bordering on the irrational feelings you have for the guy and you try to bulldoze anyone who doesn't agree with you.
You run here every time you have an issue with QOL or some of its members. You don't even have the guts to say what you do here, over there. You'd rather point fingers and blame me for anything you can think of. Such twisted games.
If fans felt they were getting ripped off, there would be no butts in the seats at the concerts. Yet, there are tons of fans who couldn't get tickets since they sold out ages ago. Sometimes it is true that you get what you pay for and this is a top of the line, stellar concert. I didn't think for a second what the costs were for me, it is certainly worth it to see them for the third time in my life. I clicked on the to buy button about 20 secs into the presale and there were already close to 2000 folks ahead of me on the Ticket Master Queue! QAL put on the best show I have ever seen and the pics and stream from Rhapsody Tour knock the other two right out of the water. Yep, it is certainly worth it to be at the concert!
If paying big money for a tribute band with an annoying singer who cannot sing rock music floats your boat so be it. What is so spectacular about the Show? It looks completely lame but if you like a asian Ladyboy sitting on a motorbike or a piano while destroying a Queen song so be it. This is a lame cover Show. If you like an adventurous show with new music and a creative band try Muse instead. If Queen still existed they would also be in that category. New music awesome live Shows pushing the envelope of what can be done. As Freddie was always the most innovative in Queen he would have been able to compete with those younger bands. What you get from Maylor is a lame rehash of past glories, a lame nostalgia travesty that has Nothing to do with the creative force Queen once were. completely embarrassing and destroying the Queen legacy
I think runner_70 is the most annoying person on this forum. People like him are why I haven't gone on this forum in ages
I don't even understand what's the point of this constant bitching and whining about Lambert and QAL. Maylor has been successfully touring with him since 2012 and a few angry people on this forum aren't going to change their minds about it. Like get a life, go outside or something, it's not healthy to have that much anger
You can't compare Freddie way back when to nowadays. Freddie wasn't exactly conservative on stage, he was definitely out there and ballet slippers and onesies are not exactly macho. You have no idea what he would be up to in this day and age when he could let his gay flag really fly. He could possible outdo Adam in that regard. I would use the word camp myself instead of gay! I also can't imagine "Brian and Roger mocking Freddie for being gay???". Is that even true? Sounds suspicious to me.

Exactly, Queen are just taking the piss but the sad thing is fans accept the Queen / Lambert car crash.
Brian and Roger used to mock Freddie in the 70s for been gay, but dont seem to do that with Adam and he is very very over the top and more than Freddie ever was.
Cant wait for this freak show to end, i love Queen from the 70s but this band today is like a version of "Spinal Tap" very laughable and naff.
Slowly losing respect for Brian now because his age is turning Queen into a joke, he has lost the plot.
Paul McCartney has more dignity now than Brian.

How exactly did they mock Freddie for being gay? And seriously why bother what they do, tons of people are loving it, the media think they're great, there's no damage being done to their legacy except in a few die hard fans minds.

Again listen to Macks last Interview. He said there were lots of homophobic remarks within the band

Why does the onesie and ballet slippers that Freddie used to wear are so outrageous to some? Freddie didn't wear that all the time, 24/7.
Freddie's style changed in his later years. He evolved.

If you think Adam Lambert's voice is annoying, I'm wondering what you think of Robert Plant, Giddy Lee, Jon Anderson, and Roger Hodgson who have normally high voices.

They have voices with soul and warmth and do no sing scales up and down just for the sake of it like Lamebutt does. Thiose mentioned are awesome musicians and I usually love high voices if they are not annyoing like screecher Lamebird. His voice is thin like butterbread paper
Sparks. wrote:
Krypto 98 Roger Hodgson has a better voice than Adam Lambert any day but Runner is correct Lambert does have a very annoying voice, sharp as a butchers knife and he is not suited to be in any rock band,
I actually agree, Lambert's voice isn't really the best voice to be singing Queen songs. However, I'm still going to go because I want to see Brian and Roger do what they love.
You obviously haven't listened to hair bands, heavy metal bands and some of the shrieks in death metal music, if you think Adam's voice is screechy. What I always admired about Adam's voice is that even when the note is up in the stratosphere, the note sounds full and melodious, not just a screech that many singers emit in those genres. And I have heard a lot of those kinds of bands (present at concerts) and through my kid's music (that genre) played for years in my house, so I know! I also heard them in the basement playing with their bands all though high school and they played metal music. Adam's voice is anything buy screechy.
