My son listened to a bunch of nasty music with growls and awful stuff but there were occasionally shrieks. Hair metal, heavy metal and all of the Nordic metal has lots of shrieks and they sound like someone is hurting them. Don't talk to me if you address me that way. Maybe it was thrash metal, but there were all sorts of screaming going on. I am not an expert on weird metal and it was quite a while ago. But I love the hair metal and heavy metal Nordic style.
