"Fans" at q + al us shows

I have to ask since i am going to see q + al this year for the us tour and i just want you people to tell me if there are any fake fans that just know queen from the movie and claim to be experts that are going to be there probably? Those people piss me off and I wish they never saw the movie or heard about it.

There aren't as much on Queenzone as there are on other forums
If you want to get annoyed at those fake fans just go on youtube you'll find them whether you want to or not

STay away from QAL as far as possible - it is the definition of being fake when it comes to Queen

What is a fake fan?... if you discovered the band in the 1970's or recently due to the Movie or even through Brian and Rogers collaboration with Adam Lambert, if Queen's music brings you enjoyment, then you are a fan... I've been a Queen fan since the 70's but I envy any new fan who has only just discovered Queen... what an amazing journey they have ahead of them listening to the vast Back catalogue of Queen and solo works...

Mr Mustapha, what Queen albums do you own?

I am not sure fan comes with a production or expiration date or anything of that nature. You can be a fan since the 1970's (like me) or you can be a fan since you saw the movie. How does that change anything? Who really cares? If you like something, you are a fan of it. A new Red Sox fan is just as valid as the old guy watching since the 1960's and the same applies to Queen. Both new and old fans pay the price of the ticket, get your music and love the heck out of what you do. If you need a certain pedigree to enjoy something now, I guess there will be no fans. You don't need to know the intimate details of Queen's history for 30 years to be a fan. If you get upset that easily, Mustapha, I would avoid talking to anyone ever to avoid problems. Fake fan sounds like some ridiculous PC crap. They have always been blowhards that think they know everything and really don't, that doesn't just apply to Queen fans. I would think any real Queen fans would be happy with all the success QAL is having. It means the music is getting out there for more peop;le to enjoy, new or old fans.

My definition of "fake fans" are those people who are saying they are a fan of Queen just because the movie was popular. If they actually like Queen though, they shouldn't be considered as fake fans.

WAL has nothing to do with QUeen. It is a bad coverband with a tool on vocals who cannot perform on a big stage and is totally lost when it comes to rock songs. A C-Lebrity so to speak-something Maylor hated back in 2008
