People keep bitching about Queen Productions on here. But is it actually QP to blame here? Are they actually in charge of the Freddie solo stuff? Brian was very clear that he had nothing to do with the Time re release. I guess it's the same backroom people. I don't know, maybe I'm splitting hairs.
But it seems like Queen the band have little control over this.
Either way this is the first 'major' release that I haven't considered buying. I'd be interested in the blu ray if that was available stand alone.

I like the new mix of Love Me Like There's No Tomorrow, with less reverb.
I really don't like the video though. It left me cold.
Thing is, out of all the tracks on Mr Bad Guy, I think that was probably the one that needed the least done to it.
I'm interested in hearing what they've done to tracks with more dated sounding production, such as Let's Turn It On, Man Made Paradise, or I Was Born To Love You (it's gotta be better than the Queen version).

I reckon it's the record label who probably wanted a Freddie Mercury box set, as the only release they've done so far is the Messenger of the Gods box set.

I've always loved the song, and I love the remix. I quite like the video, too; a nice interpretation.

Its a quick cash--in for USA fans who missed the original releases
Having said that, it does introduce the material to a new audience who shouldnt be deprived of the majesty of Your Kind of Lover first time round...

Next should be another Wembley 86 release for those fans who didn't bother with the last one.

I just read a really poor article dedicated to QP about Mr. Bad Guy ...not mention to all the musicians in Mr. Bad Guy and telling the fucking lie Brian recorded the guitar before Paul Vincent...
Come one. Paul Vincent confirmed he was the first to play the guitar in that song. Mack confirmed, even Fred Mandel....what else need the people?
When I saw things like that, I remember we need as soon as possible another smart guy like Bill Hicks. Telling the new Bill Hicks the true story and the creepy fantasy of the hero of Live Aid in the movie...yes, Trip Khalif...upps sorry, Trip didn't appear in the movie when one guy put the volume at 11.

4k remaster but also re-edit I think. BTW who were the recognisable people? For example, the blonde other than Jo Dare in the "falling about" clips?

Brian May at the begining, ariving at the party at 0:06. Also, that's a new stereo mix.
