Hey i can answer on the "difficulties" as I was there on Saturday. On Don't Stop Me now, the sound started going in and out and at one point it did look like Adam was lip syncing although I think it also may have been a delay issue. It just started to look bizarre as they seemed to be at different points in the song and the audience was confused. The concert in general was running very late and by the time Queen's set was about to start, the stage was not ready (they announced Rami Malek to introduce them but instead played Global Citizen videos they had already played for another 20 min). My guess is there was pressure to start when the sound wasn't 100% ready and it showed. However, after DSMN, they seemed to get it together. But overall, good set. [/QUOTE]

I heard Alicia Keys stayed on longer than she was supposed to and that held up the sound checking and they had to just go on, no idea if that's true but a few people who were there mentioned it.

I doubt Adam would lip sync but if there was a sound delay it could make it look like that. He hates the idea of lip syncing and it's not something he's good at, he said the hardest part of doing a video is making it look like you'rehe's actually singing and that's with the benefit of being able to play around with it afterwards, live it would be a nightmare.

Yeah i don't think he was-i know that was a rumor some people in the audience and i think on here mentioned but it looked more like a sound/delay issues. Not sure about Alicia Keyes' set but I can say David Gray was also limited to one song just before Queen and I can't believe he would have come to just do the one so it was probably a cut.

That’s funny... when Freddie filmed videos he DID sing along to the music. You can see his spit at times as he sings.

I’m not sure why Adam would just be silent during the filming of his videos...

Maybe he does sing along to make it look more authentic I know he did on Time for Miracles but he's definitely not the best at lip syncing and since he changes lyrics quite often he'd have a hard time remembering which one he was meant to be doing so I think it would be pretty obvious real quick if he started lip syncing in live shows.

Hi - I’m late to this convo. I was at the concert and something was DEF not right. There were issues with BoRhap too. Not certain they were playing the whole time - the DSMN issue was even worse live than it was on air (I watched a million times after attending).

Rough. And still not over it (obv since I’m googling it). Hard to believe the internet didn’t talk about it more

They were playing live. They always do.

But there were issues with the sound and apparently at one point during DSMN - when the video sequences on the screens set in - a tape (usually for light/video rehearsals) was started. When you have been in the audience you got to hear this. I was sitting in front of my computer and heard the live feed played by the band. And in the background the tape, which was also not in sync, so the whole performance looked from the audience like a very bad playback. For me it was fine - apart from the music from that odd tape.
