Hello FreddieDarling and Petal...Welcome back! :)

Petal...Have only seen 2 or 3 of Rudi's shows. I count on the rest of the people here to watch first and let me know if I should give them a try!

FreddieDarling....I have not pre-ordered Rudi's book. I'm hoping it will be available on Amazon.

MHZ.. Ah, the Schoolhouse Rock days! ("Interjections show excitement or emotion. They're generally set apart from a sentence by an exclamation point, or by a comma when the feeling's not as strong.") BTW, I had no idea that grapes were poisonous to dogs. I asked my husband...he had not heard of that either. I don't even think of dogs as liking fruit or vegetables very much. When I was growing up, we had a small dog that was part beagle and part spitz. He was fed some kind of canned dog food that had peas in it. He would eat everything but the peas, which we'd find in the bottom of the bowl. You couldn't even tell the peas had touched any dog food, they were left clean...not sure how he managed that. ( I hate peas and will pick everyone out of my macaroni salad and leave in a pile on my plate. Pea soup...perish the thought!)

MHZ, I do a lot of my online shopping on Zulilly. I used to buy a lot of toys and kids' clothing, but during COViD I began to look at gourmet snacks. As a result now they show me lots of gourmet snack stores each day. Bissingers is a chocolate company I order Christmas chocolate from and when it appeared on Zulilly recently it was just too tempting. I'm not like Rainbow who seems to have enormous self control. I tried freezing chocolate for a while but found out I like frozen chocolate just as much as thawed. So, I'm getting long-winded here, I try not to have much chocolate in the house. Enough....

FD and Petal, I did not pre-order Rudi's book, though I did pre-order the Neil Preston photography book. I offered to be the one to do that, and I'm depending on some of the others to review Rudi's book for me. I'll probably end up purchasing it, hopefully on Amazon. I used to watch his Backstage shows, but I found that they went on too long for me. LOL, kinda like my chocolate paragraph above. Anyway, now I wait til it's on his YouTube channel and scroll through stopping now and again to listen. I'm with you on the shirtless aspect, no thanks.

Oh, and MHZ, I think we have that same vine. I cut it all back this spring and thought it was gone. But I was in the basement doing laundry and I happened to look up at the window and the whole window well was full of it again. It's really persistent. I've never let it hang around long enough to get grapes. News to me that grapes are poisonous to dogs!

Despite three sentences about chocolate, it still sounds like Rudi is longer winded than you.
Socialism: There's one for you, nineteen for me Should five per cent appear too small Be thankful I don't take it all

Hilarious Saint Juib!!!!!
K
Oh St. Jiub, I can rhapsodize about chocolate a lot longer than that!! : ) I was just getting warmed up.

OMG!!!!

I got them all Saint I’m longer winded than the best of them 650 posts lol. Me and Rudi got something in common no one can keep up with us and no one wants to keep listening to us. We keep talking though lol!!!!The only difference is I wear my shirt thank goodness for that and I’m not getting evicted yet.

Happy 69th b-day, Deaky! "Spread Your Wings" is one of my fav' - IF not my No. 1 - Queen song. Many can relate to Sammy. I like Freddie's starry glasses and his and Rog's leather bomber jackets in the video. Chicago natives may prefer John's jacket! If I was independently wealthy and not have to work, I'd retreat from society like John Deacon, too, at least till 2021.

I miss playing my guitar it gives me so much peace and one of the only good childhood memories of everybody drinking singing and playing the Eagles tunes by the fire. Of course 4 year old me dancing in my dads oversized boots I was the life of the party.

Thank you for the warm welcome back.

Katy I have also ordered the Neil Preston book. It's a bit expensive, think I
Paid £48 but I figured I could save up as it's not out until oct. I had an
Update from Amazon last week confirming it's release date .

I have pre ordered rudi's book but I must admit I'm nervous about the final
price. He said it's 50 (or was it 60 ) chapters .

Katy I have also looked at the new forumn and found some really interesting
links . You can view the fanclub magazines and some lovely people have translated
articles from reports in Japan and Mexico .

I've also seen that Brian is now making candles . Bless him .
