The three you name are all notorious trolls. Aristide1 is a sociopath who admits he only comes here to engage in anti-social behaviour that would not be tolerated in the real world, runner_70 only comes here to troll about Q+AL and to insult people at random.

In fact most of thomasquinn's and brensky's scraps are with Aristotle.

This is an example of one of my posts . Trying to make a fair point, Thomas Quinn. How am I a troll? I am not part of a faction.I certainly will challenge the sense of entitlement of members with 20 odd thousand posts when they are casually dismissing every ones point of view . When I did so I was viscously attacked by Brenski who is clearly a knowledgeable poster but is without doubt an internet bully whose conduct at times would also not be tolerated in the real world, as you put it.

well, as you refer to me with regard to that post, i've just gone back through that thread.
you posted that on page 6, i've gone through every one of my posts in that thread from then onward. I can not find a direct reply to that post where i attacked your response.

so please, provide the post and i'll accept i did it. if you can't then do the decent thing and retract your statement above.

RW, VH, steve, holly, TQ myself and dozens of others disagree on things here - but we don't resort to abusing each other. oh, we definitely resort to abuse with you, alba, aristide and runner - because that's exactly how you initially respond to posts you disagree with...no rhyme or reason, no articulation - just abuse - so that's exactly what you receive from us in return.

I frequently think that Brenski is madder than a hatter on LSD and more wrong than a Boris Johnson nudie calendar (then I grudgingly find myself agreeing with him about music), but I really don't think he's a bully. I think a fair point can be made for curmudgeon, but I would have to ask him to send us a video of him chasing those damn kids off his lawn before we can say anything definite about that.
