Plenty of young, healthy people have died from it.

You might think you know.
The truth is that they will postpone rather than cancel. It will depend on how individual countries choose to react. France has band events of 5000 people or bigger. That is due to be lifted at the end of May. I believe Germany is about to stop events of 1000 or more for two months. Not sure what the UK is doing yet but something similar is probably on the way.
It won't be Queen cancelling shows. It will be down to individual countries to put limits in place. Indications, at the moment seem to point to June possibly being the month that events might start again.
Cancelling a major tour is a lot more costly to everyone involved than postponing and rescheduling.
The silence, that speaks books to you, is an indication that they don't yet know and can't make any decisions until they know what is happening in each country they are due to visit.

Sometimes the difference between cancelled and postponed takes longer than usual to be seen.
In fact, if these dates are blown off until the situation is good again, will the new dates in 3, 6, 9 or even 12 months time be considered the replacement of the old postponed ones?
Their show is always similar with no new music/albums so...
If they had cancelled a show in Paris in 1984 (Works tour), we would always consider that show firmly cancelled because their new show/return to Paris in 1986 will always be seen as a new show (Magic tour).
So the 1984 cancelled date was really cancelled and never replaced with the same Works show.
Every show that they would have to postpone or cancel with Adam, could still be replaced in the future as long as they keep playing their Same Old Hits tour.
So we can say that in case they still got energy to play the same old tour again, any blown off date is just being postponed until they play the same show in the same place again. No matter the long it takes to be back.
Their words will even be more informative than their silence.
