If you like Irish folk music done with electric guitars then the band Horslips may be for you.
The Corrs were great at this show. A rousing rendition of TtF and a very moving and capable performance of Is this the world we created...

Be quiet FriedChicken. Very quiet. I've heard quite a lot of what Zucchero did, as i am italian, my darling, and, do you know Italy? It's the same country from where Zucchero comes.
So, please don't be rude if you don't even know what you're talking about.

Spisso, coming from Italy doesn't give you more right to comment on Zucchero than the rest of us, as I know you know.
If you are an afficionado of his then fair enough, but having heard him sing three Queen songs now, I REALLY wish he'd stop.

I agree: Zucchero and Queen songs don't match somehow. In Modena Brian called him on stage for WATC and asked the audience "Do we need Zucchero?" The crowd answered : "noooo" but Brian ignored the public vote and let him ruin WATC. His own song (Cosi Celeste) was much better.

so .. you think that a singer is not talented only if he can't sing Queen song good enough? Oh, ignorant, shut up. I remember you that Queen songs aren't the easiest ones around to sing. You can't say Zucchero is not good only because is not the best Queen-song singer. You should listen something more from his discography, then think again on what you said. I wouldn't say he is the best Italian singer, but is light years far better than many many many others.

I didn't say he wasn't talented. I said I wished he'd stop singing Queen songs.
As you say, they appear to be difficult to sing. They're certainly too difficult for me, and they appear to be too difficult for him as well.
That's it. Haven't listened to anything else he's done. No plans to either.

Well well.. I'm not a fan of Zucchero, but he's definitely a great blues singer and a good musician.
I didn't like his performance at the tribute, and I agree that his voice doesn't fit most of the Queen songs, but he is still a great artist.
He's a friend of Brian and they're happy to perform together on stage. I don't think they're ruining Queen songs or that this would upset Freddie.
WATC is a great song and nobody can ruin it. We all know how great the original version is, so who cares if Zucchero can't sing it like Freddie?
NO ONE can sing like Freddie.

ESPECIALLY someone like Andrea Corr. "The last time this was performed was at Live Aid..." And she's SOOOOOOOO smart too! XD

Because when someone makes a tiny slip-up like that, clearly that makes them the stupidest person on Earth.
