Killer Queen book delivered

Today the Mick Rock book Killer Queen arrived. It's really great, has the size of the Freddie Mercury Solo Collection book, but thicker. It's packed in a black box (great quality) with a separate picture of Freddie inside the cover. The book has many types of paper pages, glossy, transparent and different sizes (sometimes concert tickets) to divide the chapters. Awesome pictures, sometimes complete series of photoshoots for e.g. covers of Queen 2 and Sheer Heart Attack. I've got no 177 and on one page are the original autographs of Brian, Roger and Mick Rock. Just great!

Rien, be careful. Mick Rock's lawyers have already threatened several sites for violating copyright recently. If you upload any pics from the book, you're asking for problems.

Rien forgive me for my ignorance. I know youve dedicated most of your life to Queen, good man....but I cant help that thinking that everytime you do something, buy something, go somewhere Queen related that you seem to rub peoples noses in it...people probably less fortunate than yourself! We can all get a full decription of the book elsewhere but because youve got one, you think that we need to know! And we dont!

I see nothing wrong with what Rien did, he simply told us his opinion of the book. I'm sure in some point someone would ask "Is the book worth buying?". Well, he answered that question.

I've just washed my feet in a rub-a-dub-a-baby oil, just to get those kisses off them! :-) (this time just my feet got kissed...)
I did post this, certainly not to make anyone jealous or something, but as the making of the book has been in the news for over a year and it is a great Queen document I decided to let interested people know that the book has been finalized and delivered. I will do the same when I have bought my first Queen box set! ;-)

and Martin, thanks for the warning. I had no plans of making downloadable pictures of it, but just make some pics to give an impression of how the book looks. I will think it over now.
