You didn't get my point which, looking back, wasn't entirely clear. Allow me to break my argument down to its most common base...
The way I see it, you have two choices;
A) acknowledge that you offended others and tell them you don't care about their feelings or what they think about what you say, or
B) acknowledge you offended others, apologise, and curtail future posts accordingly.
But to deny QZ denizens the right to be offended or discard the fact that they are offended is simply nonsensical.
So my problem is not with what you said, but with your not taking responsibility for it.

And can I just say that these types of discussions are what keeps a notcieboard alive? With little or no new activity in the Queen world questions about favorite albums, solos, etc can only be entertaining so many times. So encouraging others to drop the discussion or stop participating in these types of controversial topics is counterproductive. The reason eveyone is involved in this is because the rest of the BB is so dead. So I like these types of discussions.

Jesus was gay, Freddie was blonde, 9/11 was an unfortunate set of coincidences, 8+7=89, Sex and the City's good, there's not enough money in the modern game of football, Mussolini was named after a kind of pasta, God's got a tattoo of a biker, women aren't evil, Belgian's aren't boring, and some of the people on this board doesn't need to lighten up and get a life.


Let people think what they want, who's it hurting? Maybe Jesus was gay, that'd put an interesting spin on things wouldn't it!!

Oh, and the reason we don't bother with Dudley is cos it's Dudley. He's just a waste of precious typing time.
